No responseI have asked for my new total that I now owe,, no one has responded The store wants to charge a restocking fee on items that I was told was not in stock, so my promised delivery date of the last week in June,turned into a delivery date of August 12thI purchashed the queen bed on the information and guidance I was given by their salespersonHe told me to measure the headboard areaHe never told me to take the rails into considerationHe was the expert in this area, not meI have contacted the Bank that is financing the set and they have not received an updated invoice as of September 25thThe bank said they will do an investigation, as soon as I send the invoice that I have showing the new prices I have constantly called Mealey's asking for clarification of the bill and their pricingI always receive a promise that I will receive a call back, but it never comes Regards, [redacted] ***

My understanding is that there was some mis-communication of the issues listed but that our store manager at the Devon location has been in contact and the situation should be resolved by the end of this weekRespectfully, Ed D [redacted] Mealey's Furniture

We would like to sincerely apologize to the customer for the damages sustained during the delivery processAs we have relayed to the customer, we have an insurance company that handles such incidents and they have authorized an amount to be paid in order to have the damages repairedWith regards to the final piece that has not yet been delivered, I will inquiry about this further and seek to find a satisfactory resolution.We would like to thank the customer for their time and continued patienceWe are confident these matters will be resolved in a satisfactory way

Unfortunately, the information provided by the customer is misleading and inaccurateThe customer did purchase furniture in AprilThat was cancelled, however, after the customer began disputing the chargeThe customer then had a new invoice made on August The furniture for that is still
on order and has not yet arrived

We have already issued a check to the customer and it was sent to the store tomorrow for the customer to pick upThe customer will be called once the store receives the check

Customer's sales terms were adequately explainedThe customer can speak to the manager of the store if they choose to

*** ***,My understanding is that you spoke to Kim who is the general manager of the storeThe offer is as follows:Pick up mattress only for a refund of $1049.50Pick up mattress and box spring for a refund of $1280.73We will not refund the entire amount and leave merchandise in the homeIf you want a full refund, we would need to have all of the merchandise returned.Ed D***Mealey's Furniture

Cancellation is not possible, as the furniture has been in the customer's home for far too long at this pointWhile we are saddened to see that the customer is not satisfied with their furniture, the customer was delivered exactly what was ordered and subsequently paid for exactly what was
received

We have given the customer a reason for the refund amount, which is consistent with our policyWe will continue to work with the customer, however, our intention is to remain consistent with our policy

My understanding is that our delivery team went to the home on 7/3/and that the issue is resolvedIf this is not the case, I will contact the manager to investigate further

When our certified *** inspector went to inspect the mattress, he found no such defect that would grant under the warranty a new mattress
