I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, They claim that nothing in their car wash lines up with the scratches at the bottom of my car, but did not want to review my damage or claim until weeks after the damage occurredAgain, how can you take measurements of damage on the bottom of a car with the vehicle sitting in the same exact place the damage occurred, my car wasn't damaged in there asphalt parking lot where the site supervisor assessed the damage, it was damaged in the washAlso, how can you take proper measurements without the proper weight or passengers in the car?? The car suspension will sag with weight added, and he took all his measurements with the car unloaded, without even a driver in the car, and the damage was on the drivers sideAlso, to prove that your wash didn't damage my car, delta sonic would of had to shut the wash down that day, and took me through that exact day to prove no sticks, moldings, wiper blades, metal objects, or debris was stuck in there trackingThey didn't, they sent me away and could of done anything to repair the wash immediately after I was sent away Yes they have paid of my claims with no hassles in the past, but when you rip of my wife's rear wiper 2x and my trucks antenna, that is the proper thing to doBut now that you don't want to take blame for the damage you have caused to my new car, I hope at least people can read and learn not to leave delta sonics site after damage like they want you too! Shut them down and make them prove it that minute! Their come back later to review the complaint policy is poor and shady! It's just a way for them to dodge claims and blame, they probably could have fixed my car they damaged at a low cost and kept me and my family as loyal costumers because their facility was pretty much the only place I bought fuel, car washes, beverages, and snacks, but after all this, I have cancelled everything, and will not give them a penny of business from my family anymoreI am also warning anybody who cares for there car that I come in contact with and know about what happened.

We have received the above referenced complaint and appreciate the opportunity to respond Our records indicate the adjuster sent approval for the complete repair on 8/21/ Repairs can be scheduled and the full repair will be paid to the repair facility at the completion

We appreciate the customer's concerns however; as stated in previous correspondence to the customer, our investigation determined that the conveyor was working properly and not the cause of the vehicle coming off the track Our records show 1,vehicles were washed at that location on the
date of the claimants visit with no similar incidents Certainly, if the equipment was malfunctioning, other vehicles would have been caused to leave the track as well Car Wash conveyors are designed to make it practically impossible for a vehicle to come off the track Vehicles going through an automatic Car Wash on a conveyor system will do so as long as the vehicle remains in neutral, hands are removed from the steering wheel and foot removed from the brake Any variation of these instructions will cause the vehicle to come off the conveyor Mechanical problems such as wheel alignment, under-inflated tire, low suspension or worn tie rods or ball joints can also affect tracking on a conveyor system We recommend the complainant turn this matter over to their insurance carrier and we will assist them with their investigation

*** *** I would like to further add that during my conversation with the site manager I watched him walk away from our conversation towards other employees In this, I observed the site manager motioning with his two hands over his eyebrows, wiping his brows, then later placing his hands down to his sides indicating to me as if he just won a battle of some sorts I did not further my conversation with the site manager due to being so upset with his demeaning talk, telling me, or acting as if he was an expert in vehicle paint Further more, I have used the car wash several times prior to this incident and never had any issues, or damages caused to my vehicle It is concerning to me that while I was being giving the lecture by this "site manager" (professor of vehicle paint) that several vehicles drove through the carwash, or even being detailed, consumers pumping gas, or purchasing items, that fixing my vehicle would be an issue The entire time I was being spoken to the business made enough money or repair the damage caused to my vehicle by what I am sure was not meant to happen All in all, it is not sitting well with me They have offered several car wash coupons, and now $ What they are offering or willing to compensate my with is just shy if what it would be to repair the damage I am willing to contact the local media about this, and I am sure that I would not be the only person that has had issues with the company.Once again, I thank you for your time, however, all I want is the damages repaired Not another carwash *** ***

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CHECK, WHERE WAS IT BEING MAILED TO?? As my CORRECT address is already in the Revdex.com system Is it possible to pick a check at the Delta Sonic West Seneca location??? I am not sure why this is such a problem for Delta Sonic I know my claim agent is doing the best they can.Thank you for your help in this matter,

We have re-evaluated the complainant's claim information and appreciate the opportunity to respond After viewing our pre-wash digital video, it is evident that the molding was loose prior to entering the Car WashRegardless of the indication of a prior condition, in the interest of customer
goodwill, we have offered to have Delta Sonic's Auto Repair Department replace the molding Due to the fact that the part was previously damaged, we cannot authorize a dealer repair If the complainant would like to accept our repair offer, he can contact our office at ###-###-#### to make repair arrangements

We are sorry for any frustration you may have
experienced. We take great care to
ensure that important matters such as this are evaluated properly.
After the preliminary review, the damage in question does
not appear to be consistent with the Car Wash conveyor rail or any
equipment
within the Car Wash
If you feel we have not assessed your claim fairly, please
contact our office to set up an appointment with our Area Manager. Be assured that Delta Sonic will work hard to
resolve all customer problems

We appreciate the customer's concerns and feelings regarding this matter, but it is our policy not to accept responsibility for damages that could not have occurred in our Car Wash Our investigation and visual inspection by the Site Supervisor indicate the damage in question is not consistent
with any of the equipment within the Car Wash The Site Supervisor showed the customer the conveyor and how it did not align with the damage in question The claimant has two previous claims with us which have been honored, so he should recognize that we only deny a claim if we are sure the damage could not have occurred in our Car Wash Unfortunately, we must stand by our original judgment in denying liability for this claim

After fully reviewing all the facts in this report and rechecking the matter with our personnel involved, our findings have reinforced our position there is no evidence the damage was caused at Delta Sonic After reviewing every possibility, we have been unable to find a cause that could be
related to any Delta Sonic procedures Our records show we serviced hundreds of vehicles on the day of this claim and did not receive any similar reports of damage Furthermore; there is no equipment that operates in such a way as to cause the damage presently on the vehicle We regret any inconvenience the customer may have been caused however; we must stand by our original judgment of denying responsibility for the claim

We appreciate you notifying our office of the incident that
occurred at our location on 8/12/15.
Our Loss Prevention and Security Department will be
investigating and addressing this issue internally. In the interest of customer goodwill, we will
process and mail a refund check in
the amount of $to the address provided

Your findings are wrongThe video didn’t show the clarity of the mats being returnedI watch the video with a manage and could clarify the total of mats returned I will not settle this matter until the estimate given is paid for the returned of the matsEstimate enclosed in responseMy next step is to filed a complaint with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission on this matterAlso I did do some research and this isn’t the first time your company has lost mats for carsSee the complaint filed by a (Mike S from Plainfield IL).Avoid this location like the plague! I took my Toyota Sienna minivan there to get a full detail which cost over one hundred and twenty bucksThe car wash left bug guts all over the hoodWhile my van was on the vacuum conveyor belt I repeatedly watched as the employee tried to break the automatic side doors of my vanThe detail neglected to clean the inside of the windshield and then they forgot to return my floor matsI'm not the primary driver of the van so by the time this was brought to my attention and I called Delta Sonic I was relieved when they told me that they had them in the lost and foundHowever, when I returned of the seven floor mats that make up my Sienna's system they had lost all but three of themThe manager was totally unhelpful to my wife and just told her to talk to one of the Jr Associates to fill out a report
