Review: I bought 2 garage doors back in January at menards, with a whole pole barn building, I called ideal several times as I was missing the springs and hardware box for my 14X12 garage door. I also was told that they would have the ez-set by the guys in the door department, yet when they came they were not ez-set, I called ideal and they said that was not available on this size of door.
The quality of the doors are also poor, there were so many dings, dents and gouges on the doors and the panels do not fit well against each other and they do not line up correctly on my 9X8 door that it does not seal well against the weather strips. the door is very, very poor quality. the top to bottom connections are not aligned correctly that it leaves the door in a wavy state. the doors themselves do no line up very well, I have had better garage doors than these ones and they cost way to much for the cheaply and weak made these are
I was also told that these doors had a higher R value then what they actually were, the other issue is for the 9X8 door is that was suppose to be a high lift door, not a standard lift as I wanted it to go as high as possible to raise it towards the top of the 16foot tall inside. the doors were installed and they are not holding up and the doors themselves bend in odd ways. these doors will not hold up at all.Desired Settlement: refund on the doors and I will buy a better quality door. also drop ideal if this is the quality they are sending the customer

Review: I purchased a 21" 2 in 1 Poulan mower on4/21/15 from Menards. I cut 1/2 of my yard I went inside for a few minutes, came back outside and the mower never started again. I drove the 14 miles round trip to Menards store to return the defective product with receipt in hand. The service desk person said I couldn't return it since I had put gas in the tank and I had to take it to a repair place and she provided me with the location and phone number. I explained that I never seen a sign posted stating the returns policy on mowers. The service desk person said I was the second one that day with the same problem on the same model of mower. So I drove to the other end of town to the mower repair place on 4/25/15. The service man said they would take a look at it but it be around 10 business days. After my follow up today with the repair place they said to call on the 13th and maybe the will have looked at it. So best case is I might find out whats wrong with a defective product 22 days after I used this mower for about 30 minutes one time. So I'm frustrated, I didn't see a return policy in the lawn mower area, nor did I think I was going to have to be the middle man on a lawn mower I briefly used one time. My grass is growing and no help in sight.Desired Settlement: Full refund immediately as I have waited long enough.

Once they havebeen used, all gas-powered products must be taken to a manufacturer's authorized servicecenter for inspection. Any problems found due to a defect in workmanship will be repairedunder warranty at no charge to the consumer. This inspection is required, not only to ensurethat there has been no abuse or neglect to the machine. but also to ensure that the product wasassembled and is operating per the specifications or the manufacturer.If the authorized service cent er deems the product has a manufacturers defect that cannot beeconomically repaired. a refund, or replacement, will be offered at that time. Once Mr.[redacted]'s mower has been inspected by the factory-authorized service center, we are willingto help in expediting the process.We va lue Mr. [redacted]'s business and appreciate his understanding in this matter.
Review: My wife and I bought a grill and grill cover from Menards in May of last year. The grill cover states its a lifetime guarantee. However, the grill cover has begun to tear in multiple places and looks horrible after having it for less than 1 year. I tried to contact Menards directly via their website. Someone contacted me back and asked I provide more information on the product. I followed up and asked for q quick resolution and have not been contacted back. The resolution I am seeking is either a full refund of the grill cover, a new grill cover of our choice to replace it or store credit in full amount of the grill cover. The grill cover is made by the Grill Shop. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible.
