I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] experienced a problem when attempting a return at our [redacted] location. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding, however, the return policy does state six days and Ms. [redacted] can return to the store to receive her refund.

The add ran from 7-5-2015 to 7-18-2015, on page 6 steel panels, smaller print reads 1.95 a lin.ft . A ten foot piece should be ( 10x1.95=19.50 ). They have it at 19.88. Does not sound like much, but on my small roof it's about 25 bucks. Multiply that by the volume they do with this product ( well you do the math ).You check the difference between lineal ,linear and square footage and you will see what I am seeing.I don't believe I am being anal about this as some might think, it's just wrong that they and others are getting away with this type of wording.Again, check the difference between lineal , linear and square footage ( Google explains it quite well )Thanks for listening and contact me if needed[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, for the record, I was NEVER advised of these handling fees until the second order. I hadn't noticed it on the first order since I purchased other items at that time. It was not brought to my attention until the second order when I just purchased the wall piece and posts. . Also, and again, for the record, I do not understand why everyone has to pay the fee once the crate has been opened. Hypothetically, if there are twenty - four pieces per crate,  and if twenty -four people order just one piece, that is 479.76 charged for "opening a crate." If this fee is assessed  with everything they sell form their distribution center (not just these wall pieces) it seems like an unfair business practice.

To be clear, Menards docs not build pole buildings, nor contract to have thembuilt for individuals. What Mr. [redacted] purchased was not a building, "kit" or " package,"but rather a materials list. Depending on construction techniques, local building codes. etc. aproject can require more. or less. materials than the generated materials list specifics.We arc willing to work with Mr. [redacted] regarding any stock items with which he isunhappy. [redacted]!". the responsibility lies with the homeowner and/or contractor todetermine which product best suits the requirements or the planned project and meets localbuilding codes. I f additional materials arc needed, he can purchase them. Conversely, if hepurchase too much of' an item, you can return it. Non-stock, special order items, per theterms or the contract, arc subject to a restocking fee. The refund will be issued in accordancewith the return policy posted at the store.We value Mr. [redacted]·s business and appreciate his understanding in this matter.

I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] did not receive his rebate in a timely manner. I have contactedthe rebate clearinghouse on his behalf and have found that a rebate was issued to him on8/ 18/ 15 (credit check #6117654966). All rebate submission forms state to allow six to eightweeks for processing. If...

I have already replaced the sink, now they sent a replacement, without reading my other messages. I needed this sink over a  month ago, so when I didn't hear from the company I had to go get one.
