I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] was unhap py with our response. As stated in my letter dated7/22/ 15, I need a readable copy of his cash register receipt, so I Can investigate his concerns.Without this information, I am unable to assist him in any way.I have, therefore, closed Mr. [redacted]'s file at this time.

The business did not address any of the points in my letter, did not resolve the issue brought to their attention in accordance with my wishes, and did not apologize in any fashion for the poor customer service.  I am always happy to accept a check (but not a merchandise credit), as I have discontinued doing business with this merchant and chosen a more customer-centric home improvement business.

the carpet, labor is not covered under the warranty. As agoodwill gesture, we offered a S295.00 in- store credit to hclp defray their labor charges.Keeping in mind the stated allowable return dale on the original cash register reccipt, Ms.[redacted] may return the carpet for a fu ll retail value refund to her credit card ending in 0244,if the return is done before the date stated on her receipt. Since the labor allowance was agoodwill gesture, that portion of the offer will not be altered.We value Ms. [redacted]'s business and appreciate her understanding in this matter.

[redacted] will not be getting a diagnostic report. He has run around enough already for this mower. He would expect that Menards could track down a report, so that he is not further inconvenienced.

I have added some photos to the file. My photos do not do it justice but as you can see it is not just faded it has totally changed color and is not evenly distributed.  It does not match the plastic accessories Menards sold to go with the decking. No where does it say it will change from brown to white in just a short few months. My deck is not in the sun, it is surrounded by old oak trees.  The sales staff persuasively encouraged me to purchase this product and I feel I should be able to return it or be compensated if I am unhappy with it!!

satisfactory to me.  Yesterday I filed a complaint and am unsure how to add my reply or remove it. While all the information was correct, the main reason for my complaint has been resolved. The rebate center Menards has had no knowledge of a rebate coming to me, however I received a rebate check in the mail today. Well beyond the 6 week wait that I had been told. Regardless, my main complaint has been resolved

James [redacted]        Exide has replaced my battery, But Menards wasn't very professional about the whole thing. Manager of the Ottumwa Ia store was rude about it, In not so many words called me a liar about the battery being bought at Menards. So I will no longer shop at Menards.

[You state that it clearly states that this says a payment made with debit card will be returned with same "tender".  That's wrong, and I have taken two pictures to prove this  Both those pictures were taken on the different business days from the point of sale
 
Your posting says, returns with a receipt within 90 days of purchase:  purchases made with a debit card- a refund will be issued to the account.  The debit card that was used, this account has not changed, and I have bank documents showing this.  The only thing that changed was the debit card numbers associated with this account as they changed out the card. 
 
As a consumer I appreciate you trying to protect me.  However, in this case you are not honoring the policy posted in your store.  And then (and please excuse me being bull headed and stating it this way), but I have picture proof that your policy does NOT state as you stated, using the word tender.  I have went through this with your managers at the store also and they agreed that the policy wasn't being enforced as written up there and only stated that "I'm sure our lawyers have it covered" and it was a new company policy to follow the laws coming out.
