I will send the requested information to Arlene Krueger at Menards but this was what I originally repeatedly tried to do but Menards refused to do before filing this complaintBy asking me to submit information they previously refused to accept it appears they are trying to confuse the Revdex.com in regards to how they treat their customer complaints.I still expect to be compensated for time lost due to writing letters, emailing and filing complaintsAs of this date Menards has not offered to compensate me for anythingThey have only offered to investigate which they maintained previously they did ( They can check their own files for the numerous emails I sent their company, Rebates International.) and concluded that I was entitled to nothingIt appears to be a stalling action on their part

If the rug was defective andreturned within 90-days, Ms. [redacted] could have received the refund in the same tender asthe original purchase. However, since the return was complcted past the 90-days allowablein the return policy, we are not able to offer any refund other than what Ms. [redacted] hasalready received.We value Ms. [redacted]'s business and appreciate her understanding in this matter.

Marcia [redacted]The response that you gave is not what the issue is. As I have repeated myself several times. The problem is I hired a electrician to install the fixtures (4) and will have to hire again to replace the one that is not working.(To take it down and rehang a new one) This should not be at my expense. It may be possible to fix the one light that isn't operable without taking it down which would be the easiest way to go for both parties

 While Menards may well have "ongoing training programs in effect", in actual practice those programs do not seem effective.  I can only attribute this to store management standards which prioritize shelving stock over assisting customers.  We had visited our Menard's store in an attempt to locate a specialized piece of wood trim.  Needless to say, we departed the store with A) no trim, B) no information on how/where we might obtain it, and C) no intention of returning.[redacted]Fairview Heights, IL
