I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This is unacceptable in many ways.First off, once again Menards is trying to pass this off on someone else I purchased the counter tops from MENARDS. I gave my $1854 dollars to MENARDS, not Midwest ManufactringIt IS Menards problem, if they hired someone who is incompetent that is NOT my concern or issue. Their way of taking no responsibility for what has happened is very unprofessional.Second, I do not know how they could think it is OK to try and make this seem as if this is our fault for not reordering them for a FOURTH timeWe did not want to reorder them for a fourth time because they cut them wrong EVERY timeIt was a major inconvenience and hassle for usAlso, we saved them the time and money from having to order them for the fourth time and then they try and use it against usThat is so unscrupulous, unethical, and discourteous.Third, It does not matter what the warranty covers because this is not a warranty issueThis is an ordering issueThey could not get the order rightEven after they cut it wrong the first time, they went and cut it the exact same way the second timeThe third time they said they would have a manager check it before it went out and it still came back wrong. They have arranged for a replacement sink to be shipped directly to her.I trust that Ms. [redacted]'s file can be closed.

practices, the tiles would have extended underneath the cabinet. While I am
sorry Mr. [redacted] did not, apparently, fully research the available information,
he did receive what was ordered. We cannot further discount the price of the

satisfactory to me.  I would like to withdraw my complaint regarding Menards. I was able to resolve the issue with them. The store was not the problem it is their very frustrating online service.
