Hey [redacted] been real busy at work, Im am a police officer. I haven't had time to send you a reply, I understand if that's not fast enough, it should be noted that I was answered by not resolve, I will never do business with them again and that I will tell all my co-workers which is 2200 by email and my church members which is over 400, and will close our accounts we have with them and I will be satisfied thank you [redacted] for your time.

I find their refund policy poorly documented and unfair in this instance.  They never delivered the product and never told me they were unable to delivery the product.  After many emails, they did mail me a refund check that arrived today so they have finally refunded me my money but it took way too much time and effort on my part.  I will certainly use a more customer friendly store in the future.

they asked Mr. [redacted] if his order wascomplete and in good condition, he did not answer their question. Mr. [redacted] has beenoffered the option on a refund upon return of the items he purchased. His response was thathe no longer wished to communicate, except through the Revdex.com and hiscredit card company.If Mr. [redacted] wishes to receive a refund, that option is still open. However, he does need tocoordinate the return through our on-line sales department.We value Mr. [redacted]'s business and appreciate his cooperation in this matter.

satisfactory to me. After attempting to work with dealer to have equipment diagnosed, and being verbally berated by staff there, consumer returned to Menards. She finally spoke with GM at Menards, and he agreed the best resolution to this problem was to refund the money for the generator.
