Hello, I just want to give you guys an update that I received an email from my credit card company that the merchant has agreed to refund me my moneyThe merchant has also paid me the money they owed me for my merchandise sales as wellAs a right now, this is all I wanted for themI hope that Mercari develops a better way to screen their sellers for counterfeit products and find a way to ban them from selling

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never given a warning and their are other people at the same address that would like to shop on their and possibly sell items They should not be held accountable for anything that they have no part in For example my mom and step dadthey loose word of mouth and I have lost a trusting and good rep due to their actions Mercari knows that many websites are linked by word of mouth and by doing this they have caused questions and grief I will file a complaint as well with the [redacted] they allowed friends of mine that sell on their to be scammed and one friend lost quite w bit of money The online shopping would be a safer and secure place without MercariThe friend of mine after a month is still waiting for help from them They are formed out of China and have no respect for US buyers I did nothing wrong...and trying to go in and delete my account ..it is showing not registered as the other one did so the account was redonenever once did we have more than one scxount and that is the reason they gave to shut me down So not the case I have no reason to be banned from siteI asked for proof of accounts and they refusedI deserve proof and a verbal conversation with them and they still owe me that I made and requests but never received Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I never traded or intended to trade anything with my customerThe same response that [redacted] received from Mercari was the same response that I received when I got in contact with themFirst of all I believe and I feel it's stupid if they suspend some ones account for saying a word "Replace" or "Exchange" I have contact [redacted] Because I want mercari to remove my Warning because I never Traded anythingLet me explain my case againI had an item listed for sell in mercari a customer from Mercari wanted to buy my merchandise I sell High end Cosmetic from [redacted] .My customer ask if it was possible to exchange the item from a different listing that I had in my closet, Since I have a variety of items listedI had five items under the same listing because it was a LOTMy customer didn't wanted one of the items that I was selling in the listing and she ask me if she could traded for a different one in my closet She and I mention the words exchange and trade because she and I couldn't find a different word to communicate each otherAfter, she proceeded with purchasing the items worth $we both received a message from Mercari from the automatic Machine saying that our account was suspended for 24hrs and that it was our FINAL Warning after second one if we receive a third Warning they will Remove, basically Delete my account forever All I want is Mercari to remove my second Warning because I believe it's unfairI tried so hard to explain to them what happen and there isn't a way to get someone from a higher team from Mercarie to help meRight now my account is not suspended because it was only for hour, but if I get another warning I will get deletedThe reason why I don't stay quiet it's because I believe it's unfair the way I got a warningAll I want is mercari to remove my warning from my account I've been receiving so many messages from them saying Final warning when I'm not doing anything wrongAll I do is sell my merchandise make my customers happy anf that itI need a better response from Mercari.Every time you contact them they tell you the same thing over and over its very frustratingAlso about there automatic machineWhat they said is because they do have a automatic machine not a real human sending you warning and responding to customers inquiresIf you need support a real person contacts you days laterIt's ridiculous! Mercari canceled this transaction on 3/8/after confirming the seller received the item back As the item was returned, the user was refunded in the original form of paymentAll refunds are issued in the original form of paymentRefunds can take 5- days to be reflected in the account Mercari considers this case to be closed
