Hello,
During the time that I've submitted a complaint through Revdex.com, I have finally heard back from Mercari
They have provided me with a resolution, and also to get my account back (including my money).
My account was suspended due to mistakeningly posting an item that did not follow the marketplace guidelines
Though, it took a really long time to reach this resolution, Mercari was reasonable and has handled the matter carefully and fairly.
They are willing to give me my account back and the money
If possible, can you please close this complaint

wow mercari just deleted my account!!! I
guess to try covering up my existence of being on the site!!!! See, I knew they were a fraud!!!!! Unfortunately for them I have so so much irrefutable evidence of screenshots and emails that prove absolutely everything stated in my complaint is completely true!!!!!!
In our help center, the top of return disputes is addressed in our help center, this has been communicated to the user in the transaction.
The relevant text is as follows:
"If you receive a returned item that is not in the condition you shipped it in, you have hours from confirmed delivery to contact Mercari and have your claim reviewed
If you contact Mercari past the 24-hour period the return will be considered complete and your dispute will be denied"
For this reason the case will not be reopened

I am rejecting this response because: I never received the item in question and was charged dollarsMercaricustomer service messaged me to change my address because someone stole the packageThere was a problem with the deliveryI recieve packages literally every week and never have a problemI know all my neighbors and my postal ladyI live in a nice neighborhoodThere was no problem on my end I checked with the post officeMercari gave me a dollar credit because of this problemThen proceeded to tell me my account was suspended before I could use itVery strangeWhy would my account be suspended? I reported to Mercari immediately I did not recieve the itemI did nothing wrongAfter my research I have found that many many peoplehave experienced the same issueThis message from Mercari is the same one they sent meWhy would they issueme a credit if they weren't wrong? This company is scammining peopleThey admit they are wrong then delete you so theymake the moneyFrom my research this is happening to buyers and sellers on MercariThen they say they are trying toprotect buyers and sellersWhat a lyePlease do anything you can to make sure this can't happen to anyone in the futureIt's so sad this company is doing thisI may never get my dollars but I sure don't want anyone else to be scammedThank you so much!
