I am rejecting this response because: I've made several attempts, the most recent one being item ID ***, to buy an American Girl Wellie Wisher Camille dollEach time has failed, all with different sellersI've lost complete faith in the Mercari app, and believe after this many failed attempts to purchase, I should be awarded not just my $30, but also the $in CASH, not in credits/couponsThis is beyond ridiculous that I've had to be dealing with this nonsense of sellers who either don't have the doll but have it listed for sale (Heidi Woldt) or simply claim to have mailed off and the USPS has no record of the package (Gypsy Rose)I've been quite patient, I believe, in sincere attempts to use your app to purchase, and your app has failed me time and time and time again latelyPLEASE just give me back my $in CASH, so I can move forward from this nonsense.

The funds for the transaction in question were released to the users balance, this allowed them to deposit the funds to a bank account of their choosingThe $amount in Mercari credits refers to an amount reimbursed to this user as a one time exception, the user selected to use a pre-paid Mercari
shipping label but did not use it, as a courtesy we refunded them this cost in Mercari Credits, since the user has spent this amount we are unable to assist further with any additional refundsSigned, Mercari Customer Experience

When sellers choose to purchase a shipping label through Mercari, they are provided the label via PDF attachment through their email addressThey are given the option to recreate their shipping label if they do not receive it as long as they haven't marked that they have shipped the item
Since
they marked they have shipped the item before obtaining the label, we were unable to provide a new one without canceling the transaction
Our records do not indicate emails bouncing back from the sellerso we advised them to check their spam folder in case it was accidentally filtered through there
It appears the seller was able to ship the item on their own with a different tracking numberWe will use the new tracking number to confirm delivery to the buyer if they do not submit a rating after full days
