Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It's untrue and I stopped immediately after the first warning received about gift cards/couponsI have had so many excuses for why this company suspended my account and they just keep making up more I am done with their services so I no longer care to carry on this complaint

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although I can now list items for sale, they do not show up in any search Mercari has found a loophole with my request of reinstatement The only way my items can be viewed is after a great deal of digging My items do not show up in chronological order like other listings when the search is set to "newest" or even "best match" when the exact title is put in After listing items for sale, none had any views until I had a few friends search and search for my items, only then did anything get seen If my items cannot be seen they cannot be sold After asking on Mercari support why this was the case, I received information that had no bearing or even actually answered my question, it was just a copy and paste manuscript they use repeatedly After which they closed my questions as "resolved" without giving me a chance to get real answers or even speak to a real person Sincerely, [redacted]
