I am rejecting this response because:This has nothing to do with my "repeated violations" they are dodging the fact that they lead me on and told me to send them that was purchased by a buyer. I had lost the tracking info receipt after realizing I had inputted the wrong tracking info for the item, but the correct tracking info shows step by step that the buyer received the item. Mercari then deactivated that listing since the right tracking info was not present. Once I found the right tracking info, mercari told me "No worries just give us the tracking info and we will fix it" they said this WHILE the listing was deactivated. So once I submitted the correct shipping tracking info, the item was send to the buyer already according to the tracking information, and mercari refused to give me my money after the buyer recieved the item. There is proof that the buyer recieved the item in which I shipped, and mercari is refusing to give me my money for the item. This is illegal. I would get a lawyer but it is only a $7 item I believe which is why I am hoping Revdex.com will help me with this. Mercari completely screw me over after I provide the correct number by stating to me that funds will not be released to me. Now we are going in circles here, where they keep saying "my account had been closed due to many violations, what does the violations have anything to do with the real problem here of where I want my money back for an item that I shipped to a buyer. Mercari is refusing to release my money, and my account was NOT closed or suspended when this transaction happened. Mercari owes me money. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Mercari gave me the warning that it was not true, I had only received a warning about Local Pickup, and I admit that the warning was reasonable, but Mercari said I had tried many times to meet with the customer, which did not exist. Mercari has a very bad system, they gave me two unreasonable warnings. If Mercari feels that their warning is true, please provide chat history.Sincerely,[redacted]
