Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once again they are not addressing the issue I voluntarily surrendered the car at the direction of a MBZ Financial representative who signed a document stating the amount I owed I have several unsigned documents that they provided where they say I owe substantially moreI have never asked for "financial relief", only to pay the amount that I was told I owed MBZ Financial has changed their story so many times since the first correspondence, it is scaryNote that they want me to only contact the law firm at the bottom of their letter They have actually filed a lawsuit against me that is factually baseless To make matters worse, the contract specifically states in section that any dispute will be handled through arbitration, not a lawsuit! They are again not following the terms of their own document! I am truly disgusted with MBZ Financial! Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. This in response to the most recent letter dated December 31, at 4:pmAlthough Mercedes Benz representative attempts to justifiy the charge of $7,in this letter, they still are being less than disingenuous with their responsesMB indicates the charge for the contractual obligation is $24,What they fail to provide is the breakdown of this numberWhat are we supposed to accept this number because they are Mercedes Benz? If [redacted] wants a resolution, which at this point is not going to happen, he would be truthful with his responsesTherefore, provide the breakdown of this number. What is most concerning is the $17,sale of the vehicle? A copy of the bill of sale should be provided, not just [redacted] 's providing in a letterOblivious, the attempt is to now justify this trump up charge of $7, [redacted] mentioned in his letter to contact Mercedes Benz to make plans for payment, this will not happenIt is very unfortunate that MB is now trying to cover this upIn addition, [redacted] indicated his engineers were out of the office until next week, but suddenly they returned to the office on the last day of the yearSee below: [redacted] I responded to your Revdex.com complaint [redacted] last week stating I was awaiting for my experts to return to the office concerning the breakdown of the $7,contract deficiency in your Lease End Statement These experts returned this week, but I am unable to respond to you via the Revdex.com Therefore, I am attaching continued correspondence to you directly. With Best Regards/Mit freundlichen Grüßen, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Please be advised that we reject your continued responses, and renew the offer as indicated in the original correspondenceClearly, this is suspect and given the inadequate responses and lack of providing information that is truthfulThe sections stated in our response do applyThe MB dealer indicated where it was within a six month period, we would only be accountable for the remaining payments due, and I did not need to purchase another vehicleIf MB is truthful they want to resolve this amicably, they would accept the offer in the original correspondence, and move onIn regard to the additional mileage I purchases, [redacted] indicated that the base mileage is 15,on a lease [redacted] may want to review this statementThe mileage allowed on a lease is 10,See MB advertisement for leasing a new MB CTherefore, we are accepting his statement and trying to justify not providing a refund for the unused mileage Regards, [redacted]

Please be advised MBFS resolved and responded to [redacted] ***'s on 1/22/ A letter was sent to inform although MBFS was not at fault, we dismissed the charge based on [redacted] ***'s loyalty and outstanding leasing record We attempted to contact [redacted] via phone number to discuss the information belowCopy of letter sent below: Dear [redacted] ***: Thank you for your continued correspondence regarding the above-referenced account We welcome the opportunity to respond to your concerns. As previously stated, we regret to learn of the difficulties you experienced during your lease transaction MBFS is an indirect lender, which means that we purchase contracts that fit our credit and program criteria from independently owned and operated dealerships As an indirect lender, MBFS is not involved in the discussions and negotiations of a dealer with the lessee Mercedes-Benz of Huntington cannot confirm nor deny the amendment made by the Sales Representative at that time We can confirm your previous accounts have disclosed a mileage allowance of 12,miles per year.We presented the above information to our Dealer Relationships Manager and Loss Recovery Manager for their consideration We are pleased to inform you that on January 21st, 2016, your Lease End balance in the amount of $2,was dismissedThe decision to dismiss the balance was based on your loyalty and outstanding leasing record Therefore, the balance on your account is now $ We know you have a choice, and we thank you for your patronageWe sincerely hope that you will continue to choose Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] [redacted] Revdex.com MESSAGE: We are pleased to inform you that we t:ave resolved the above mentioned complain amicably with Mercedes Benz

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It DOES NOT address the myriad of issues, but instead glosses over I was, firstly, HARASSED to “give all 10's” by the Hartford, CT New Country Motors once I concluded the lease for second vehicle I took after concluding the first lease.I was called every single day at least twice, and [redacted] , who facilitated the lease, was very pushy and aggressive to please complete the surveyWith what I now know, I would have given all Zeros, not 10’sThe Dealership left me in the lurch after the survey was concluded and I was abandoned to handle all matters by myself DESPITE having acquired a brand NEW LEASE of a GLA vehicleHere is the Solution I would like to see happen: All I received was a letter that indicates safe lease owes $for each incident, but they have not adjusted the amount as should in light of the HARROWING circumstances brought aboutmonths of chasing Mercedes Benz to PAY THEM is sincerely the worst business practice to DATE I've seenI can understand why [redacted] harassed and urged me REPEATEDLY and calling ME SEVERAL TIMES AT WORK for all 10's on the SURVEY when the second lease was openedI am interested in the option to Re-negotiate the SECOND LEASE in light of this SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE at a DIFFERENT MERCEDES DEALERSHIP and/or adjusted lease terms with renewed Lease Payment in light of circumstance explainedI have evidence of repeated EMAILS with $as the monthly lease amount for a GLAand I'm paying $750!!??I ended the Lease with months left on Nov5th and was told the last payments would be "waived" by Cherif and [redacted] at New Country Motors who facilitated the transaction, yet the Final Bill has no such waiverBill shows $in unpaid lease payments remainingThe Dealership (MrCherif, Manager of Hartford New Country Motors) has suckered their Customers in every way possible and this bait-and-switch method has been a very sore and frustrating resting pointI am in receipt of several emails I've attached advertising the promo allowing me to get into a new Lease months SOONER (as I did), yet I wasn't given anywhere NEAR what the advertised amount was despite my sharing the promotion that Mercedes sentI am horridly overpaying for the lease AND classically being nickel-and-dimed, as they sayThis is a business practice I would expect and look out for, even, from any other small time-y used car dealerships, but NOT MercedesThey have truly disappointed in EVERY WAYI've attached the Promotional Emails I have received to get into a new lease Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, this is something that should be covered by your finance departmentAlso, I made a partial payment and wish not to be billed late payment charges and I need a credit for the months that the that I was over billed priorFor the record I reached out to Mercedes Benz by calling and via email and was never contacted until Revdex.comThis has been a horrible experience with trying to resolve an issue Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] I do not agree with you stance on this matter This truck has cost me a lot of money and as I explained to the various managers I do not have 20% down payment which is $to fund the engine repairIf the truck had been profitable I would have had the money for sureThe next alternative that you have offered is to have the truck repossessed which will damage my credit So again you really did not offer any real solution for my situation This unit was terrible from day one Freightliner and Daimler truck all made their money and continues to take money for a truck that is not worth what I paid for itOn the 5th of this month I made a $payment for a truck that is sitting in a repair shop just because I do not want Daimler truck financial to ruin my credit
