directly addressed to *** ***, President and CEO of MBFSWe welcome the opportunity to respond.We conducted a thorough investigation of your claim of gross mistreatment in connection with being a guarantor on the above-referenced account These are our findings:• Based on information received from you, your employment ceased with Aequitas Capital Management Incin April 2014, and you trusted them to remove you from all financial obligations Aequitas Capital Management Incdid not remove you as a guarantor.• This account shows paid as agreed until February 16, 2016, when delinquency began.• Based on information received from you April 12, 2016, Aequitas Capital Management Incwas in receivership.• Aequitas Capital Management Incvoluntarily surrendered the GLApril 11, 2016, at Mercedes-Benz of Portland, OregonAt the time of return, the account was days past due.• Your claim of gross mistreatment is due to MBFS not contacting you directly before reporting a payment over days past due to the credit bureausWhile there is no legal requirement to communicate with all parties to a contract during delinquency, MBFS should have attempted to contact you directly once delinquency began in FebruaryWhile we did not do this, our records indicate we made four attempts to call your phone (***) the following times:o April 5th, there was no answero April 6th, contact was made, and you advised us you were no longer employed at Aequitas Capital Management Inc.o April 11th, there was no answero April 12th, we spoke with you regarding the delinquency and voluntary surrender of the GL450As a result of our investigation, MBFS offered the following to you: You may redeem the GLand fulfill the remaining contractual obligation MBFS will provide a two-month deferral with no fee This deferral will move the February and March payments to the end of the lease term MBFS will remove the derogatory credit report from all credit bureaus utilized by MBFS.This offer places you in the same position today as if we successfully contacted you in February when delinquency beganOur Redemptions Department will coordinate the details about returning the GLto you.We appreciate your patronage to the Mercedes-Benz brand and of Mercedes-Benz FinancialServices

I am not in the least bit surprised by the double talking representative from mbf.Your quote on the front of complaint says"BY SUBMITTING YOUR COMPLAINT,YOU ARE REPRESENTING THAT IT IS TRUTHFUL ACCOUNT OF YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE BUSINESS".Well I guess that does'nt apply to the tricky dealership.Their response is set up in such a deceitful manner that you could'nt possibly render a fair decision.Box noof mvla,Says"Amount due at lease signing or delivery;$11000.00.Mercedes Benz of ***,says"months @ 10,000.miles,Drive-off;$3000=$monthly.or,months @ 10000.Drive-off $5000.=$509monthly.I got the same Quotes from other Dealerships.Now its time to be truthful,and give an account of my experience with the business.In my opinion,MBF,has not and will not be truthful about their deceptive and manipulative sales practices as long as you,Revdex.com allow them to get away with it.I'm pretty sure after reading the response that you will probably over look the information given to you and not put these criminials in proper context.MBF will stand for deceptive Sales and Financial managers but not for Consumers
