MBFS regrets to learn the confusion surrounding the end of [redacted] e's payoff process We are committed to conduct a thorough investigation and can confirm the information provided is accurate In regards to the difference in the payoff amounts (original payoff $54,/ second payoff $53,631.88) this is due the monthly payment being due on December 13, MBFS attempted to collect the missing document (odometer statement) from the dealership on several occasions in order to complete the payoff and close the account Due to this delay and to prevent [redacted] e from delinquency on his December payment, MBFS applied 12/payment towards his account from the payoff amount This was to the customer's benefit and MBFS honored the original quote In regards to the maintenance refund, although MBFS cannot respond on behalf of any warranty providers, we contacted MBUSA on behalf of [redacted] e MBUSA informed the customer would need to initiate the cancellation at the dealership where the maintenance was purchased (Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton) Based on the information above, we respectfully decline the request to refund the amount of $and suggest [redacted] e contacts Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton for the cancellation of the warranty We will share the information to our Dealer Relationships Manager regarding his experience at both Walnut Creek and Pleasanton stores Please feel free to contact me directly if you should have any questions or concerns

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The issues regarding my complaint against MBFS are even worse now I now have duplicate auto loans reporting to TransUnion I was told by MBFS that the issue with my auto loan reporting duplicate open accounts was exclusive to Equifax and that it was Equifax's fault-which is NOT true.I was told by MBFS that this issue of duplicate auto loans would not occur on Experian or TransUnion As you can see from my attachment, my auto loan is now reporting TWICE on TransUnion My TransUnion score has tanked due to this This is NOT the fault of the credit reporting agencies It is the fault of MBFS and the severe and damaging reporting caused by Mercedes Benz Financial As I stated in my previous complaints, I am in the middle of a home loan I cannot begin to describe how devastated I am over this situation There is NO way that I will get final approval for my home loan when MBFS is reporting falsely that I have over $90,in auto loans I only have ONE auto loan with MBFS and my balance is approximately $48, I am expecting that this duplicate account will soon appear on my Experian credit report This reporting puts me in a dire situation where not only can I not get approved for a home loan but my current creditors such as credit card companies could lower my credit limits or close my accounts Regards, [redacted] ***

RevDex.com: [redacted] was beyond helpful, MUCH more so than any other person we spoke to at MB Finance. She not only looked into our issue, but she also had great follow thru and didn't make us feel like a number, but like a valued customer. Hopefully, she is recognized for her efforts because every other person we spoke to had either given us incorrect information, or passed us off to someone else. It is because of [redacted] that we will continue to use MB Finance in the future. Maybe she should give the rest of the staff lessons in customer service. Regards, [redacted]

I know what I knowWe still believe that this was done maliciously and with intend to try and go after me for something that is over 10yrsold and is not validDaimler responded at the time we should of been hearing back from MB Financial ServicesEither way that was nipped in the bud experdiciously via certified mail and at the bottom of that letter had Daimler underneathe the Mercedes Benz Financial Services company so yes it is indeed without a shadow of a doubt that they are affilitated and they alert that branch of our purchase [redacted] also stated that she fixed the system so that the billing and correspondence information to read both names and that they system didn't allow two names and that my name has always been on the contract and that, [redacted] also said had we signed that contract with the months for the term we would of been held to thatShe also said that it was on the dealership to allow us to get another truck they only deal with what is on that contractShe also asked if I did a complaint on MB of Orland Park and the answer is YES they were first[redacted] went own to say how bad she felt about this and that it should not have happened and that this could have been prevented [redacted] said what she needed to say We have notified Attorney General and are working with a Virginia Luevano,Citizen Advocate for other areas of our complaintI told [redacted] that I wasn't going to respond to this complaint because we have PROVED what we say to be true and said what we were going to say in the areas of what Revdex.com can handle and doBut we really truly believe that Mercedes Benz Financial Services did discriminatory business practices towards us and believe that it is RACIALDo they do this to all of their customers or is it just the BlacksEither way to treat anyone in the manner of what they done is unexceptable to all and once again to customers with Acredit is just not right and crazy!
