I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However,  this is something that should be covered by your finance department. Also, I made a partial payment and wish not to be billed late payment charges and I need a credit for the months that the that I was over billed prior. For the record I reached out to Mercedes Benz by calling and via email and was never contacted until Revdex.com. This has been a horrible experience with trying to resolve an issue.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.MBFS ignored my complaint entirely regarding the July 22, 2016, bill that I received which included the vehicle turn-in fee which I am disputing.  As I stated before, on July 15, 2016, when I turned in the vehicle I was told I was responsible for the final lease payment of $696.97.  On July 22, 2016, I received a bill stating that I was responsible for the unpaid lease payment and a vehicle turn-in fee of $595.  I filed a Revdex.com complaint disputing the $595 because this was discussed at length with Mercedes Benz of Arlington.  MBFS offered me a waiver of the vehicle turn-in fee.  This is what I am disputing and why I filed a Revdex.com compliant, but in turn, MBFS responds by offering me a payment plan for excess mileage of $1291.92 which neither Mercedes Benz of Arlington or the July 22, 2016, letter mentioned.  The original payment which I disputed was only $595, and there was no mention of this as being an item that I was "responsible for, in accordance with the terms of my lease."  I purchased a vehicle on July 15, 2016, and was told that the lease term were met with the final payment of $696.97.  Then, on July 22, 2016, I received a letter that the lease term total charges were $1291.97.  Now, I receive another Revdex.com response that the lease term charges are $1291.92.  I leased 2011 and 2013 Mercedes Benz C300s and I purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz C300s because of the vehicle quality.  However, in 2013, I complained to Mercedes Benz USA about the horrible treatment that I received from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, and now, MBFS is treating me in a deplorable manner.  It is absolutely unconscionable for MBFS to ask a repeat Mercedes Benz customer who has complied with two previous lease terms to pay a monthly payment AND an additional $1886.92!

title as you requested on multiple occasions.

the unfortunate nature of the circumstance.

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the attorneys yet, per your own contract with me you are not allowed to sue, only arbitration. Once again, I am not satisfied and am very disappointed with MBZ Financial.

[redacted] informed me as to the reasons of why it took 3 weeks to respond back from our initial complaint stating that the payment center did not forward my certified letters to the correspondence department and that there client care center is handle by Mercedes Benz USA and that she doesn't have access to that department and that it is seperate altogether. Either way to me that is not how a corporation that bares the Mercedes Benz name and LOGO should operate. This is all under the same umbrella.  We do not accept their response nor her apology, because in our eyes its all BS. [redacted] somewhat had a rehearsed response and reason when she call us from home to all of the various and legitamate complaints against Mercedes Benz Financial Services. [redacted] did inform that she heard one of the message from me while speaking with Ilene but wasn't able to hear the rest. With to us does not make since but okay cause she should have contacted MB USA to get those conversations.  [redacted] did NOT admit nor deny that her company informed Daimler of our recent purchase which prompted them to contact me via mail and phone to seek a charged off debt which wasn't surprising and was expected! I know what I know. We still believe that this was done maliciously and with intend to try and go after me for something that is over 10yrs. old and is not valid. Daimler responded at the time we should of been hearing back from MB Financial Services. Either way that was nipped in the bud experdiciously via certified mail and at the bottom of that letter had Daimler underneathe the Mercedes Benz Financial Services company so yes it is indeed without a shadow of a doubt that they are affilitated and they alert that branch of our purchase. [redacted] also stated that she fixed the system so that the billing and correspondence information to read both names and that they system didn't allow two names and that my name has always been on the contract and that, [redacted] also said had we signed that contract with the 72 months for the term we would of been held to that. She also said that it was on the dealership to allow us to get another truck they only deal with what is on that contract. She also asked if I did a complaint on MB of Orland Park and the answer is YES they were first.[redacted] went own to say how bad she felt about this and that it should not have happened and that this could have been prevented. [redacted] said what she needed to say.  We have notified Attorney General and are working with a Virginia Luevano,Citizen Advocate for other areas of our complaint. I told [redacted] that I wasn't going to respond to this complaint because we have PROVED what we say to be true and said what we were going to say in the areas of what Revdex.com can handle and do. But we really truly believe that Mercedes Benz Financial Services did discriminatory business practices towards us and believe that it is RACIAL. Do they do this to all of their customers or is it just the Blacks. Either way to treat anyone in the manner of what they done is unexceptable to all and once again to customers with A1 credit is just not right and crazy! I don't like them nor trust Mercedes Benz Financial Services nor Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. And we are done with Mercedes Benz ALTOGETHER! they are being replaced with BENTLEY! We don't have time for their crap, we are living life right by Christ standards and choose not to deal with or be apart let alone patronize any company that does business such as the two we have mentioned and complaint about. So enclosing we will continue to make all payments on time until GOD directs us on how to terminate all business with them rather trade-in or pay off. Mercedes Benz Financial Services to us is just as Shady as all of the other finance companies if not WORST. We have nothing good to say about them. And we should NOT have been made to pay for something that we had the right to change. But they didn't do nothing but get various complaints about their negligence and questionable business practices. And like I stated before you can't say and do whatever you want to me or mine because I don't allow that and instead of me hitting you in head.... I will just hit you in the wallet.
