The business says they are unable to withdraw the complaint which is false They were unable to explain how the higher amount was calculated, and offered no consideration for the signed lease end document I have which shows the correct amount owed They offered no response to the fact that while I was in the middle of disputing the amount I was sent to a collection agency without notificationMercedes Benz Financial obviously has no interest in helping me or settling the case I will be filing a complain against the dealership as well

We attempted to contact you via telephone to discuss your complaint regarding the vehicle turn-in fee on the above-referenced accountWhile we regret to learn of your dissatisfaction with the vehicle turn in fee on your lease end statement, we must adhere to the terms and conditions of your contractThe disclosure of the vehicle turn in fee is located on the front of your Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement (enclosed) under the Consumer Leasing Act Disclosures in Section 3, entitled Other ChargesIt is mentioned again in Section 22a, entitled Return of Vehicle, which states if you do not purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease you agree to return it to MBFS and pay any unpaid amounts due under this lease, including a vehicle turn in fee. MBFS responded to *** ***'s concerns on June 28, 2016. Delay in account processing was due to missing documentation from his dealership, *** *** was not notified until he contacted the dealership and contacted MBFS via social media. MBFS granted a 1st payment deferral free of cost
to *** *** to assist. This offer was accepted by *** *** and was processed accordingly. This was communicated to him via phone conversation on the same day, he was satisfied with this resolution.Please feel free to contact me should you have further questions or concerns.*** ***Executive Response Team

Hello, This complaint was filed incorrectly against Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS); our records indicate the complainant is not an MBFS customer. The Complainant should have filed the complaint with Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA), the manufacture of the 2009 C300 in question....

I spoke to Mr. [redacted] on 5/11/17 to advise I can provide a copy of the contract and breakdown of charges which is dated 8/4/15. He confirmed he has copies of all documents. Mr. [redacted] will contact the attorney's office handling his account.

I have passed [redacted]'s comments to [redacted], a supervisor in our Remarketing department, who is attempting to contact [redacted] to clarify any confusion and further explain our end-of-lease process.  Part of the reason agents give [redacted] a different amount is because they are...

anticipating, with [redacted]'s input and their best educated guess, when the new car will arrive in order to determine how many months will be owed on the existing vehicle; which is past its schedule maturity date.  [redacted], once you read this response, please know that [redacted] will be exclusively discussing your account with you moving forward until we can resolve the matter on this existing car, and the dealer can deliver your new car.[redacted]

I did not get my car from Mercedes Benz Ft. Lauderdale.  I leased my car from MB Westwood , MA.  The fact that you are an indirect lender doesn't limit your liability.  Your'e in business with the leasing company and they represent you and vice versa.  It's unacceptable that your business partner misrepresented the facts and you are basically saying "hey, we have to go by whatever lie you were told because you can't prove it other than saying it happened".  If MB Westwood was the one charging me I would contact them but you're charging me.  I would like to be put in contact with the next level of management and I would like to speak on the phone to someone.

Daimler Financial did recognize and offer to assist, we are unable to finance engine repair/replacement at 100%. We cannot offer any more assistance with your concerns. We encourage you to pursue your warranty dispute with the manufacturer.
