we do not except this responseI know the former homeowner and still keep in touch with himHe did not use any sort of chemical or product on the concrete and furthermore the expert that I had come l [redacted] at it stated that it was cracking and peeling because the concrete was simply not thick enough, not as a result of anything else except for poor workmanshipI request this complaint remain open until the builder remedies this problem

what is the companies response to their awful customer service and lack of response I got while trying to contact them? Why do they only respond in a timely matter to customers within their year mark? Still as a customer to meritage homes, why can't I submit a survey to them?

Hello,I filed a second claim as I did not know how to contact due to unfinished first claim The first claim was made in 12/they did all the interior home items on the claim but we're not able to get to the exterior items due to cold weather They told me they would finish in the spring, I agreed as I wanted the items done right When I contacted them in mid March I got no response Called a couple more times and then filed the second claim They have contacted me now that a claim was filed again but are giving me a hard time about the remaining items Here is the email I got from your unit that said to contact you

If there is price error and contract was never executed or accepted, why the Meritage ran the credit inquiry and brought down my credit score? Without accepting, can Meritage run the credit inquiry?I agree there might be technical error but how come sales agent called us multiple times and confirmedWhen sales agent called on 06/24/@ 1:pm ,she told manager is not ready to decrease further more as she checked with him,if you want the home for the listed price i.e $295,we need to execute the contract on the same dayShe checked with manager also on the priceif there is price error, how come manager also agreed for the price, ?And now through Revdex.com Meritage is telling there is technical error,but that was never informed to us and I haven't received the earnest money? Desired Solution:I am looking forward to move on the contract, if it is not accepted, I need compensation for my credit report inquiry and bring back my credit score, as it is very much needed for home shopping
