The technician (Thomas) was very thorough and took time to explain the job he was performing He took the time to go through both HVAC systems with a fine tooth comb I was very appreciative that he did not rush but took his time He was very professional

I appreciate your quick responseI'm a little confused by the following lines, "In order for us to refund your money at 100% we had to reduce the cost incurred for members onlyHowever, we did not take any funds away from your current daily membership rateIn turn, you are receiving your $and the balance left over is what we are proposing to send to you"Can you please confirm how much I am being refunded and how the refund will take place? $389?
For example; Are you mailing me a check? If yes, what is the approximate date the check will be mailed?

Had a problem and Michael & Son were fast to come out and inspect my a/c unitPete Bwas professional and demonstrated/explained the problem to me in a way I could fully understandVery happy with the service and will keep using Michael and Son!

The technician, Abraham B***, was very timely He was very patient with me when I asked questions He did an excellent job He explained everything that was required including the costs They were very clean and dispose of any trash I would recommend their services

Charlie B*** arrived about midway through the 4-hour appointment window He expertly diagnosed the problem, provided a range of options to solve it, answered all questions, and reacted quickly and efficiently to my selection of one optionThe necessary equipment was acquired and work completed within for hoursHis workmanship is meticulous and to the highest standardsHe cheerfully answered all questions about materials and proceduresI would recommend this company and Charlie for any plumbing job

It doesn't sound like they took the time to investigate what the complaint is even aboutI never requested or received services for the "Home Care Agreement" which was charged for $395, do I don't understand how they can make the claim that services were probated. My complaint is about one specific charge

Thank you for allowing us to address our customer's concern** *** is an important customer to usWe installed a unit that was working and was a victim to the cold conditions that we all suffered over the past winter.When We arrived we found her drain pipe frozen and broken outside in the
yard. Our service technician acted immediately and found an area to keep the unit working so that she could still use the unit and avoid any interruption in serviceWe are very sorry for all she has experienced during this time and would have done anything to change the way things were done.To this date we have not made any changes to her system but has given her solutions that we believe will give her a long term fixAdding heat tape is not a good option and may not give her the long term fix she desire.I spoke to the customer today and admit we have had some delays in our communications at time but we have always responded to the need of helping her bring this matter to a close.As I stated Michael & Son Service Inc will be more than happy to come to her home and make the corrections to re-routing her service line and putting back the drywall and no extra cost to her.Thanks Vance S***

I had a new tankless water heater installed by Edwin W(plumbing) and Sam A(electrical)These gentlemen were prompt! Rang my door bell at 8:for an appointment scheduled for "between and AM"Their installation was very precise, clean, and tidyI am very pleasedThey left my garage and the outside of the house cleaner than when they arrivedEdwin and Sam were courteous and able to answer all of my questions with confidence and gave me a complete understanding of my new systemI will definitely look to Michael and Son for any future work that I may need

I do not understand why the company did not offer to pay for the repairThey were the one who cut the whole in the ceiling and left it that wayThe quality of their workmanship should have some meaningTo say that they can do sheetwork at an additional cost leave me to believe they are saying this because of your (Revdex.com) involvement in the issue The cost to repair the whole is only $200.00, that will not break the companyI would prefer someone else to do the repair, at this point I do not trust the company to do any work in our homeTrust and workmanship has a great value to meAttached is a photo of the unfinished work Please do not remove this complaint from your records, other consumer need to know the quality of the companies workmanship

We have both of our HVAC systems replaced by Adrian and Raul with Michael & Son of NorfolkThey both were extremely polite, courteous, friendly and clean-cut They showed up on time and kept all areas clean and free of clutter We are happy with our choice of contractors and would recommend them

I want to commend the excellent service I received from plummer T, S*** he was prompt clean and completed the job in and excellent time frame

Jake Beagle was a godsend today I have been struggling trying to find a replacement Kohler showerarm to replace my existing one and had various plumbers out 3x with no successI was beyond frustrated and near tears Jake was the first plumber to not get frustrated with all of my questions and listened to my concerns He then was able to figure out that I didn't need to find that exact replacement, rather he could just pull out the pipe from the wall and use a standard shower arm that he could actually provide on the spot from inside his truck! I had literally spent months trying to work through this issue Thank you Jake for coming to the rescue and not walking away like the others had!

Matt was a great representative for Michael and Son Services Polite, and went beyond the service requested to explain some additional suggestions he made Answered all my questions (and I've followed up on most of his suggestions!) I would definitely use them again, and recommend the service

I had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired so I called Michael & Son since I had used their services before and been very happy with the results This time was no different The technician arrived on time and went right to work After giving me the cost and telling me what all need to be done, I approved and he went right to work His work was professional and there was no wasted time Answered any and all of my questions Before leaving he cleaned up the area to where it was just as good if not better than before he arrived I use Michael & Son for all of my electrical and plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

Todd was fantastic throughout the installation of our new heating and air conditioning system
