Thank you for allowing us to respond to our
customer’s concernMichael & Son’s HVAC Manager, Eddie S*** and I feel we have done everything *** *** has asked to be done regarding her concerns dealing with her tenants’ requests for serviceWe are asking this file be closed because all concerns have been addressed and met

I had Brice and Santo of Michael and Son at my house for furnace check for winter and to clean the duct workThey called before they came and arrived on timeThey introduced themselves and applied their foot gear and door mat and long runner to furnace areaThey were here about hours and explained everythingThey were polite and friendly and did the jobs they came out to do in an orderly fashionI requested everything sent to me by email and I received it with in minutesI have a contract so no cost for furnace check over and the duck cleaning was exactly as stated when arrangement were madeI have used this company in northern Va and here in FredericksburgI recommend them highlyI do all my plumbing, heating, air and electrical thru themThanks for a nice job by two knowledgeable and nice menJean K***

Kevin is a competed & attentive electrician! I had a pleasant & confidant experience with himHe followed thru with the tasks / issues I needed addressed to my satisfaction!

I contacted Michael & Son Raleigh to repair a way switch and install an Arc Fault Breaker Harrison arrived within the specified time slot He was very friendly and professional and he peformed the work quickly I am very happy with the service and will use Michael & Son in the future

I want to share a very positive experience about Michael & Son NorfolkMy heating system was providing troubling service on a very cold FridayI called the company and an outstanding service technician (Morgan) came out the same day to assess the difficultyThe service technicial was able to troubleshoot the system and gave me a very good quote for repair/replacement of the defective systemThe defective system was replaced the following Monday (in the cold rain) by two outstanding installation technicians (Jerell and Arliss)I am happy to report that my system is up and running very well and my home is comfortable againI commend the Michael & Son Norfolk team (especially Morgan, Jerell and Arliss) on a job well done

Calvin Wwas very friendly and courteous He called ahead and arrived when he said he would He was professional and went over my repair options with me thoroughly He handled the job efficiently and in a timely manner

I am rejecting this response because:There was clearly miscommunication from Michael & Sons DC office to the *** one because, as I discussed with Vance, I never received any phone calls from Michael F* - which explained why I was never hearing from Vance.The carpet company did clean the carpets twice, but two issues (1) Michael said that if I wasn't satisfied, they would replace the damaged carpeting, and (2) The company that did the ceiling repairs for me told me that the carpet would never be the same despite the cleaningHe said they specialized in flooring and I would forever be vaccuming up particles over time

Plumbing services from Michael & Son (Alexandria) delivered by Daniel N*** He was on time, very polite, and friendly He provided helpful advice regarding not only the issue at hand but also good advice about other possible and pending plumbing issues I will ask for him next time I need plumbing services

As the old saying goes, "It was a pleasure doing business with you!" Both of these gentlemen did their jobs as expected AND more! I asked if they would help with removing some standing water for me and they did Thank you to both for going above and beyond We're very happy we made the right choice for their services!

Michael & Sons Services Incdid a great job for usWe highly recommend their services and expertiseOur plumping expert had several years of experience in remodeling and was able to accurately, quickly, and efficiently give us the plumping remodel we needed with minimal need for drywall repairs (which we elected to do ourselves)Thanks, Jim!

Harrison and David helped me replace and upgrade my electrical panelIt was complex work but they did a great job of answering questions and keeping me informed of what they needed to doAlso were able to very quickly identify and solve a problem along the wayReally appreciate their help and look forward to working with them again

This gentleman was most professionalThe workmanship was exceptional! He explained what he was going to do and the costExtremely patient with our son who has a disability

My experience with Michael & Son was quick, easy and satisfying My service provider was MrTrai W***, Trai, who works in the plumbing department assessed my problem and offered a resolution Might I say, a RESOLUTION I did not refuse, but I had many questions and Trai answered each one in a way that I could understand Not only did Trai display his knowledge and skills as a Plumber, he also advertised the other services Michael & Son provides, therefore, I am considering remodeling my bathrooms
and the home care service Trai this HUG is for you!!

Services did what we believed was satisfactory work Our contracts show that the owner
confirmed
work by phone and his tenants signed contracts agreeing that all work was completed. Michael and Son believes that
we do not owe him any money at this time
In regards to his refund, these are the
prices for the work that was done in his home$for a tune-up, which was a
special, it’s normally around $89-$for a general tune-upThe cost of the dimmer
switch, unless it is removed, is $and it was installed at the customer’s
request
We reached out to *** *** ***, this
morning, asking that he contact us directly to see if we speak further
regarding his concernsOur last contact with him was on 7/10/and at that time, he stated that he would give us a call back
