We had Michael & Son Services come out to evaluate our system that was not even years oldCompressor blew out, and company that installed the unit failed to register it within the day period so it was refused under warrantyMichael & Son had to put in a whole new unit inside and out.They were professional and understanding of the situationI was very impressed with this company and the fact that they still worked when it was raining outsideTheir workmanship is fantasticLiked the way the lines they ran were covered for protection alsoAnd Todd K was a great service pro that put our mind at ease

Michael and Sons continues to exceed my expectationsKenneth was friendly, professional, and knowledgableMichael and Sons replaced our hot water heater in and did a superb jobLast year they repaired my a/c, again, a great jobToday they came out and repaired my furnaceKenneth went above and beyondFinding a company that is honest and genuinely concerned about their customer is a real challenge these daysLook no further than Michael and Sons

Thank you for the reply of our customer ** ***It does not appear we are convincing our customer that the concern she is having is beyond our controlAll the work requested from Michael & Son Service is complete and workingwe have been paid in full and are not responsible for any insurance claims or pay offs.
We are asking that this matter be closed based on the fact that we are in no way creating or responsible for her current claim or conditionShe has been provided constant help from us by way of taking time to give her Insurance company State Farm all the break downs we can to support her claimMichael & Son Service Inc do not break out our pricing we are a flat rate only service company so we can only provide them with an approximae cost it is to their (state Farm ) discretion to determine how they will pay their customer.
Again, I thank you for the many replys we have been offered to assist this customer but we are asking to be removed from this concern as all the work requested of Michael & Son Service Inc has been paid in full and completed and working to the customer satisfaction

Professional, on time, clear about the work/costs and options

David G., the service tech ( electrician ), was quite knowledgeable and certainly professional in his demeanorHe was able to communicate effectively in explaining all of his pending duty/service for my repairHe was approachable, friendly and invested in doing a good jobI was greatly appreciative of the repair job that he didHis approach to service was extremely generous and efficientI would seek him out for any other electrical repair needs and would recommend him to others

Nate H from Michaels and Son Services was amazing He was prompt He explained what he was going to do and what our options were He was polite and courteous It was just an amazing experience Highly recommend

I called Michael and Son to help clear a drainage line at my home Their technician, John M***, was excellent! Professional, personable and did a super job! I would highly recommend Michael and Son and John to anyone!

Michael & Sons always does an excellent job on my Plumbing , Heating and Air Conditioning Just had my water heater replaced and Neil Hwas very courteous , polite and a credit to his professionHe advised that my heater was not hooked up correctly when the house was built that builder contractor had used the incorrect fittings on the water heaterI would not trust anyone but Michael & Sons for all my HVAC , Plumbing and Electrical needsand I am hoping that they branch out to Florida, as I have friends there that are in need of an honest and trustworthy and reliable contractor such as Michael & Sons

should have been resolved with his insurance company., which we have all final
payments and concerns resolved with the exception of the balance due that the customer is aware ofWe did call *** *** personally and discussed
with him what we replied above in regards to him contacting his insurance
companyIn regards to him not being able to communicate with us,we in fact
called and communicated with him and did answer his concerns regarding his
content lossIn addition he was also in contact with *** *** which
handled all of his contents to discuss the matter with himNone of the parties
have agreed to pay him beyond his insurance carrier If you have any
further questions he should contact his insurance agent for any other
unresolved matters.

emails and also agreed to multiple phone calls made to the customer and emails
are documented on file
Serve and Beyond the
Call of Duty when involving several other companies:
M&S provided a
lock box to avoid customer's having to go back and forth in their home
When keys were
misplaced we paid for re-keying the locks (Keys were never lost one of the
other companies worker left with the keys in his pocket)
We listed everyone's
pricing and job assignment on the initial estimate sheet.
All invoices were
separated by each company and paid directly from his insurance company to each
of those companies.
We understand that the insurance company has paid for all his losses and concerns dealing with the fire damagesMichael and Son did not contract any of these companies outside of one other company that we typically use all the time.
The insurance company and the customer were working close together to deal with the concern to close this matter and to this date we still have an outstanding balance owed to us of approximately $2,We are clear that this concern has been concluded and no further action is required from Michael and Son Services Inc or any of the other listed contractors that was at his home

I called Michael and Sons to have someone check my electrical panelThey sent Corey P*** to my rescueHe looked at the panel gave me lots of options, he was patient and explained what everything meant, he showed me what and why things were or weren't, what was to happen and what wasn't to happenHe was extremely knowledgeable, with the caliber of Techs like Corey P*** I will certainly recommend Michael and Sons based on my experience with Corey P***

Team came out and performed outstanding Went over my heating system and found the problem The one thing I like about this company is that they are honest and don't try to sell you something you don't need

Toan V* exceeded my expectations He analyzed the situation, determined what was wrong and quickly replaced the necessary part

My elderly mother called them to install a kitchen faucet that she supplied, and check for a water leak believed to be under the dishwasher I told her to have them just move the dishwasher into the garage twenty feet away since they had to pull it out anyway and it was ancient and broken Well, I was astounded to find they charged her over $for that work, two hours on site, nearly $to install the faucet and over $to disconnect the dishwasher and move it a few feet! I had a licensed plumber install a kitchen faucet for me earlier in the year for about $120! Their repair invoice said they put in a new stainless still supply line for the dishwasher - Nope! It is true they gave her the price up front, but she has no comprehension of what is involved or how long it should take, other than to think it sounded high, but a little old lady isn't going to tell the guy to leave They didn't leave her with an invoice/receipt since they E-mail them, and she doesn't have E-mail, so she had no record of it I called them and got one and strongly contested the charges They weren't budging, saying they were their flat rates and she agreed to them The guy I dealt with in customer service wasn't good about getting back to me, lied upon leaving me a voicemail, and then no left the company I resumed with a woman, who I talked to briefly and wasn't familiar with the situationI E-mailed her my original written complaint and she said she'd get back to me - never did Sent her another E-mail 2-days later asking for status - no response Michael & Sons are the sm of the earth I will check my avenues of recourse through appropriate govt agencies

My husband and I were very happy with the service provided by this company and the service professional they sent to our homeOur well pump died on a Friday night so we were without water, and we had two other companies come out on Saturday who could not help usMonday morning at 9:I called Michael & Son and asked them to please send someone as soon as possibleThe rep I spoke to was super helpful and said she could not guarantee someone would be out that day but by Tuesday morning at the latestI said that was fine but received a call from the technician by 12:that day, stating he would be at our home within minutesHe arrived promptly and went to work diagnosing our issues and providing us with a solutionMy husband asked if he thought we would have water within a couple days? The tech said that he anticipated it being fixed that day and it wasBy 6:he had driven to pick up the new pump he needed and had it replaced along with a new bladder??? which needed to be installed in our homeBefore coming into our home he had his own foot mat to wipe his feet along with booties to keep our home clean from dirty bootsThat is awesome in my opinionOnce the work was completed he was able to easily charge our credit card and emailed me a receipt along with the explanation of our problems and a break down of the solution providedWe could not have been happier with the service and the technician, Rene G***I would most certainly call them again for a problem here at our home
