Purchased homecare agreement with Michael And Sons and it is worth every penny James S*** serviced HVAC unit today and as always was very professional James walked me through every step he did servicing unit and even had pictures of his work before and after James also went extra mile at helping me resolve issue with light switchVery pleasant experience Would highly recommend Michael & Sons for your HVAC needs

Troy Cof Michael & Son Services snaked out my kitchen drain, which was badly clogged below the trapHe was excellentHe worked carefully but efficiently, and kept me informed through the entire processHe also advised how I can avoid a recurrenceIn addition, he spotted a backdraft problem with my hot water tank that needed prompt attentionHe helped arrange an appointment with a technician for the next day to diagnose the problem and determine a solutionThroughout, Troy was cordial and highly professionalI would welcome his service again and would recommend him without hesitation

Jason was very friendly, polite, and honestly showed concern to my demise (water damage from condo unit above) He provided an accurate estimate, worked quickly to resolve my issue, and restore power to my condo I would definitely recommend Jason for any electric work you may need

We had an issue with the angle stop when trying to replace a toiletWe called Michael & Son plumbing because we see them around our neighborhood oftenTore' arrived and immediately noticed the issue and stated the water angle stop was placed in the wrong spot and needed to be movedTore' explained the situation clearly and went over the cost for the required proper repairsTore' was professional, polite and his work was found well doneAs a result of Tore' and the repairs we signed up for the Gold maintenance package

I had Eddie W come out to run CATcable from my FIOS downstairs to the upper room in my townhouse, and he did a great job Very professional, neat, explained what he was doing along the way, and even though it was hot, and he needed to cut drywall and drill he never lost his composure and always remained in control He didn't have the crimping tool to put on the connectors to terminate the ends of the cable, so he drove to the local Home Depot and bought what he needed to complete the job He also spent several hours working on this and ran into a few problems, but he never raised the quoted original price to do the job I will have Eddie to return to put in a ceiling fan box

I had a untraceable water leak sending water under my kitchen floor that was then leaching up into the tiles from below I called the company at and at I had Jim the plumber with me He took a while to find the leak as it was a pin *** hole in a plastic pipe (that shouldn't have been used in the position it was in)He explained what was needed, made a couple of recommendations and quoted me a price for the job I accepted the price and signed the OK, he then completed the job and was out of the house by having shown me what he had done and given me a demonstration on the use of the faucets etc I highly recombine this company This is the third time I have used them and the are responsive, experienced and have a high quality control

Great serviceThe representative was personable, professional and thoroughMy plumber called to let me know he was coming and he arrived on timeHe listened to my concerns and he clearly explained my optionsI have used Michael & Sons in the past and I was also very pleased with other representativesI tried a few other related services over the years but I will stay with Michael & Sons because their quality of service is excellent and consistentGreat job - thank you

I had Brice and Santo of Michael and Son at my house for furnace check for winter and to clean the duct workThey called before they came and arrived on timeThey introduced themselves and applied their foot gear and door mat and long runner to furnace areaThey were here about hours and explained everythingThey were polite and friendly and did the jobs they came out to do in an orderly fashionI requested everything sent to me by email and I received it with in minutesI have a contract so no cost for furnace check over and the duck cleaning was exactly as stated when arrangement were madeI have used this company in northern Va and here in FredericksburgI recommend them highlyI do all my plumbing, heating, air and electrical thru themThanks for a nice job by two knowledgeable and nice menJean K***
