Recently had the pleasure of Michael & Son performing a small plumbing issue at my residence The technician called before arriving and arrived on time Originally called regarding the hot water heater (but that wasn't the issue) so we proceeded to another problem The technician was polite, courteous and went straight to work on the issue Explained what he was seeing and how he was going to fix it Was neat and clean Covered the floor and wore booties as well as used his mat at the front door upon arriving Ric S*** was the technician and he shared with me some information regarding a hot water heater (specially about cleaning them out every couple of years) Interesting, as I didn't know to perform such service I would certainly call upon Michael & Son again

Many thanks to Roque He was prompt, courteous and very professional He explained what he was doing and allowed me to see the camera results A young man (Michael) was the first tech to arrive, recommended that the camera should be run in the lines, he called the company and arranged for Roque to do call me He arrived the same day, He treated my home with the utmost care - even put booties on the camera equipment wheels He is a fine representative for Michael & Sons Thank you!

fridays with vendor checks and customers receive them based on the mailing location We require a signed document and then we process the customers agreeded $300.

Excellent experience with this company taking care of electrical needs at two locations over two weeks in November Electrician Jason had a ‘can do’ approach and was excellent to work with The jobs were challenging (install of phone wires, TV cables, and new AMP circuit) and required careful “fishing” of the required lines down closed walls and under the homes All were completed without issues or damage to walls The administrative staff at Michael and Sons kept me informed of scheduling and arrival times On time, great job, very pleased

Michael's and Sons No problems with the work done but some shadiness with the loan arrangement .I was coerced into getting a loan from W*** F* under emergent condition; that is to say I felt I had no other option This loan was at an extremely high APR 29%I finally got an opportunity end the insanity and they kept sending billsInterest on an account that by any amount of common sense would have been recognized as a closing accountPaid off zero balanceWhen I completed the balance transfer they did not close the accountWhile I am sure this probably legal it is the kind of business I don't want anything to do with from either companyBeing the little guy this I am sure will fall on deaf ears but at least I will have said itI wouldn't recommend either company to tie a shoe

Anthony inspected my heating system on 10/4/ In general he did a good job He set the temparature to degrees to check the system But he forgot to set it back t before leaving I did not discover it until later in the evening when I investigated why the house was too warm, and then I found that the Thermostat was at deg., and reset it I wish that your training of technicians includes resetting such things before they leave Otherwise he did a good job Was b=very couteous and pleasant

On time and got the job done - nice to have a company that is open days a week

Nick P from Michael & Sons came to the house to check whether my AC system was underperforming Everything checked out OK but Nick offered to have a more senior technician come out if the system continued to appear to be underperforming That was a good offer I also believe that subscribing to the annual servicing plan is worth the money--as a member of the plan, the visit by Nick was free

I cannot adequately rate the service I received from Jason this day...it was outstanding He called before arriving stating approximate time of arrival, assessed the problem, made the repair and completed the job in a timely manner He was courteous and friendly and I was very impressed with Jason I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding electrician!
