Had additional services completed today. Robert T[redacted] was another outstanding Michael and Son HVAC representative that provided informative info about my AC unit and maintenance of my home. Very happy with his ability to explain my services and program I had enrolled in. Excellent!!

Larry W[redacted] did an excellent job on my heat & a/c unit. He was very professional and if something else was to happen to my unit I prefer Larry to do the job. It appears that Michael & son have trained him well. Based on the work he completed he appears to be highly knowledgeable.

Troy C. the plumber did an excellent job. From his first phone contact with us, he was very comforting and positive. He assured us that he was the right person to take care of our multiple leak problems. Troy treated my 87 year old mother (the owner of the home needing work) with the utmost care and respect. Troy was very proficient with resolving the problems. He also volunteered to flush her hot water heater, which was installed by Michael & Son four years ago, while he was performing the other repairs. Troy clearly explained the problems and gave all possible resolutions and costs, so that the owner could make informed decisions on how she wanted him to proceed. Troy has ordered parts, and will return tomorrow to install a new lavatory faucet, pop-up, and trap, to complete the job.

Troy C. performed in a very professional manner to replace a leaking faucet in our kitchen. He called ahead to notify me of his expected arrival time, and arrived shortly before that time. He showed me that the emergency shut-off valves were leaking when shut off to remove the existing faucet. He had me dump all the water in the system and replaced the emergency shut-off valves. The new faucet (purchased separately by us) was a tight fit in the underside of the countertop, causing him additional time to secure the faucet (the old faucet had not been secured properly). He persisted until the new faucet was totally secured. His attitude was very positive throughout the process. He cleaned up the entire area, including the removal of the water-damaged floor of the cabinet, before he left.

I had been getting estimates so a light pole that had been knocked over could be repaired. After trying several repairers I discovered Paul at Michael & Son. He was knowledgeable, he was experienced, he was fully equipped, and had the forethought to carry catalogs of related material. He took the time to order everything needed for the job, then and there. He is truly a exceptional electrician. Now, I look forward to using Michael & Son again for any and all electrical repairs.

Roland was able to diagnose and fix the problem in one visit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Michael & Son for all of your home needs.

had an emergency last night called Michael & sons and the lady on the phone told me there would be a $89.00 Emergency Dispatch Fee and that a service person would call me 30 minutes before he would show up. Abraham B[redacted] took 5 minutes to find the problem. He explained it to me and told me exactly what had to be done. I told him to go ahead and fix it. When he was finished he asked me to come out and check it out. Then he suggested I put a Surge Protector since there has been a few people in our neighbor hood that had been hit by lighten and lost everything. I agreed. He gave me a price and showed me were it would go. After installation he told us about the green lights. He left our space clean and neat.
He was very polite, I could understand him , he smiled and we joked around. I'm 74 years old and service companies like to take advantage of old people but I was very
impressed with Abraham. When figuring up the total , he said he found a $25 coupon,which he didn't need to tell me about . He also told me I had a fire code violation , I told him I would have it fixed when it gets a little cooler because he would have to go up in the attic and it has been to hot lately for anyone to go up there.

We have used Michael and Son on 3 different occasions and have been very impressed with their timely response, courtesy, and expertise.

One of the most complete and considerate service calls I have experienced in 40 years. Making the appointment was easy and quick and the scheduler was extremely polite and was able to get us an appointment within a day ---and on Saturday. Corey arrived on time and walked us through the process and what to expect. He listened carefully to us and never treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about. He was extremely thorough and took his time ti ensure the problem was fixed and fixed right. He answered every question we had and when he left we were 110% satisfied. It was the type of service call I remember growing up - Professional. I WILL use Michael & Sons in the future and they live up to their reputation and advertising,,they care!

My experience with this company has been very positive. The technician that came to my house was very respectful and helpful in listening to what I found the problem to be and what I done to attempt to fix the problem. After he did his evaluation of the problem he explain what need to be done to correct the problem. Once this was done everything worked great. Keep up the good work.

Curtis P, HVAC Technician, provided outstanding service during my annual heating inspection. He was on time, extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. He provided information and suggestions that were totally appropriate and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about Curtis P!!

Mr. Troy C[redacted] from Michael & Son (in the Washington, DC area) serviced my home on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Troy took the time to explain what the particular plumbing-related problems were and proposed reasonable solutions to them. Additionally, he pointed out potential problems which, while are not problems now, WILL become problems in the future had they not been identified and addressed.
The workmanship was high-quality. Throughout, Mr. C[redacted] was personable and cordial. His courtesy and professionalism do create to Michael & Son and he is to be commended.
On a personal note, I am a repeat Michael & son customer and have recommended the company to people I know. I have gotten "lip" about how over-priced Michael & Son is, but my classic response is I've always gotten a good result the first time. That peace of mind is important and it's something I've gotten from Michael & Son repeatedly. Thank you.
