Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have a laptop that now its been days that is still trying to have a FORCED microsoft update...which I did not ask for the computer is now worthless......and its all because Micrsoft has forced this update on my laptop.....I can no longer use it.........I can send you the laptop if you want you can fix it and put it back to the position it was before Microsoft forced this on my laptop.......which is a windows 7.....Sincerely, [redacted]
