Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made no complaint in I believe I made a complaint YEARS ago when they were charging me for services they were not delivering but never received ANY response I have no idea what this is in relation to????? If it is from years ago, then of course I reject there response, which said nothing anyway, other than to contact them if I was still having a problem They kept my money, were rude to me when they stopped providing service but kept chargin my account and refused to refund my money and never responded further to my request for assistance or Revdex.com complaint - if that is what this is in reference to then they are YEARS too late Sincerely, [redacted] ***

As the agent is refusing to issue an exchange unless I produce a receipt...then we are stuck The salesperson that I bought the laptop from never gave me a receipt, and I no longer have the credit card that I used to pay for the laptop! Thus been a nightmare from day one and I disgusted with tge way that I have been pushed around from one tech person to anotherEvery salesman I have spoken with has also pushed me around like I was worth their time! For months I have been bounced between Microsoft and Dell......and you are both horrible to work withAs far as I'm concerned......Microsoft owes me a new laptopIt's odd to me that you are happy to give me tech support (which would have been part if my year warranty.....but you won't replace my laptopIsn't my laptop covered under the same warranty? ! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am looking for a refund for the time I was without service or to have my subscription extended by a week for the trouble For them to flatly refuse to do anything about my service disruption is unacceptable I understand that down time is covered under the user agreement but this complaint does not fall under service disruption I have been an Xbox Live subscriber since its inception so I know what is normal Frankly to treat a long-time subscriber like this is bad form All I am asking for is to be compensated for my inconvenience Thank you Sincerely,* [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The problem with my account was time-sensitive Although steps were taken to rectify the problems with my account, the time-sensitive window passed and I was unable to utilize my account during that time-frame I am pleased that my account was fixed, I am not pleased with the time it took to fix my account or the unwillingness of customer service to fix my account The problem is purchasing free games that are offered with an Xbox live gold account These games are offered for free, but you must have a credit card registered to receive these games Your gift card balance is irrelevant, you must have a credit card to redeem a free gameXbox is a large target for data breaches and I am not comfortable having my credit card information stored with them, but it is a requirement to redeem the free games with gold on Xbox I would also like to point out that this is not required to redeem the free games with gold for Xbox One I have been assured this problem will not be fixedSincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I am fine with the response that I received from Microsoft as long as there is follow upSince my only options are to accept or reject their response and resolution as the same action, I am not sure that I have another optionIf possible, can you please advise of any options available through your company if the ACTUAL resolution is not satisfactory?
