I have pursued this matter I really expected more than than the runaround I got from Customer Service For monthsLeaving a bitter taste in my mouth for never getting the chance to use your keyboard!! You really don't seem like you want my business in the future, shame on you!!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: that was some kind of generic answer I am not trying to pay for anything regarding the Xbox Live card that I bought my grandson I want to know why they have managed to get every card that I have to charge products on When I found out that my credit card was open on my grandson's account I verbally told Microsoft to remove my cards and that I never authorized them to keep an open credit/debit card for purchases My grandson is year olds and thought he was getting things for free I was told that my Wells Fargo cards were removed and then new charges showed up on my credit card again Within the last two weeks I have had to close my PNC Bank Card account and my CitiBank credit card accounts because out of the blue more charges are showing up I do not authorize ANY CHARGES THAT MICROSOFT OR XBOX believe that I purchased I believe that this is some kind of scam How did Microsoft get my PNC Bank Card number and my Citibank credit card number if I never used them to purchase anything from Microsoft I hope that charges are brought against you because you are taking money from consumers that have not authorized you to Sincerely, [redacted] ***
