I am rejecting this response because:Purchased this phone in July 2016. The first repair issue was a couple weeks after I received the device. There were 4 other times where it had to be replaced. I contacted B2X which is the company Microsoft choose to handle issues with the Lumia 950. It's been months and the only communication I've received is 5 requested for the same information about the replacement ( I sent the email instantly, called B2X to verify receipt, which they verified each time), and each time someone will call to give an update. The updates are vague and frustrating (an email has been sent to the higher department we will contact you but there is no commit timeframe).  Desired Outcome: FULL REFUND WITHIN THE WEEK

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: A record of Microsoft's false advertising is written.
They have decided, after advertising the Lumia 635 at their store is upgradable to Windows 10 Mobile, that the Lumia 635 is not upgradable after they delayed release of said operating system.
It is very unfair business practice to lie to me about the purchase that I cannot afford to replace now.

I don't have the case number but I still have the Office Professional 2013 that I was using before I tried Windows 10. The Product Key is [redacted]. I see why people are moving away from Microsoft it is so unpleasant have everything link to an email and then not getting help when you call.

I am rejecting this response because:I have no idea what service ticket you are talking about, if this is a ticket opened by Xbox I have none because they said there is nothing they can do for me. I have included both conformation order numbers that I never received. Now I do have a ticket number from 2k support which is #[redacted] which theu never resolved.

Instead of making this right and choosing to find out the person who stole my account and did whatever you're alleging me of, you chose to punish me and close this situation. I have provided proof to you. I have called you and I have been nothing but kind up until recently. You have now became the same criminal that stole my account. You have done worse. I am rejecting this response because:
I don't want an automated response.  I was never given a specific reason as to why I was banned and as I have said, I can provide proof that I did nothing wrong.  I want a detailed reason why I was banned and from there you will get detailed proof from me but if I don't know why I was banned then I don't know how to proceed.  I haven't done anything wrong.  If this matter doesn't get resolved then you will be receiving a certified letter from my attorney.

I am rejecting this response because:  Microsoft signed the response to Revdex.com as "Microsoft Corporation".  They continue in arrogance.  They never even read my complaint.  My complaint indicates there is no Customer Service, they have (Virtual Chat) which is a "Cartoon Character" or "Cartoon Customer Service" where one asks questions, and a database of responses comes up.  Microsoft insults the Customer by trying to make them believe this Cartoon Picture is a Human Being.  There is no way to get a Microsoft Customer Service Number as one first has to give there Charge card Information to be charged $40 per response, etc.  Microsoft has the nerve to attempt to mock all involved by signing a complaint response "Microsoft Corporation" instead of taking the complaint seriously and assigning a Human Being.  I later got a Human Being Chat person named "[redacted]".  I had 3 Chat sessions going on as [redacted] kept ignoring me on the Chat Session as she kept sending me back to "Microsoft Cartoon Customer Service" where I had been and found no answers.  [redacted] kept opening up later Chat Sessions without going back to the Open Unresolved Chat Sessions leaving them in limbo.  I told [redacted] I was putting in a Revdex.com Complaint, and she disconnected me from all the Microsoft Chat Sessions.  There is no assigned Service Ticket Number, the Complaint to Revdex.com states all the facts.  With no help from Microsoft I was able to find some Windows 10 drivers on the internet where my USB Speakers now work.  But I am still unable to use my all-in-one Copier/Printer/fax/scanner as Microsoft has no updated drivers for Windows 10.

I did not resolve my issue. I had to shell out $500 to repair my surface and now I have a blue screen of death and my computer is dead after upgrading to Windows 10
