Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: A service number was never issued because I was not transfer to a human being before being disconnected by the automated systemThe automated system Microsoft has setup requires navigating through a series of prompts to get to Office support, then I was required to input a series of ten (10) sections consisting of numbers in each sections, THEN prompted with: Selection - a fee based service to talk with a representative or Selection - Do not agree to a fee based serviceUpon selecting option the call was disconnected You can reach me through phone or email at your convenience, I am not enduring the ridiculous automated system Microsoft has in place another time email - [redacted] @yahoo.com phone - [redacted] I am more than willing to meet you halfway but stop wasting my time Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: That section of the User Agreement specifies "content related to the account"The video games that I purchased using my XBOX were not done with specificity to that one accountJust because I was "signed in" under that account when I purchased the games, does not make them solely associated to that account and it is illegal and unjust if Microsoft is doing suchI purchased every single video game as a seperate Product from the Xbox Live Service that is controlled by Microsoft and they do not have the right to take away my independently purchased Video Games with the suspension of that ServiceTo once again prove this, if I had purchased the video game in the store on a disc instead of downloading the digital version, I would be able to use the video game with any account on the XBOX because the two are unrelated products made by different companiesEvery single Video Game that was purchased by me on that XBOX console I have every right to maintain, no matter the status of a single xbox live Service for an account which is handled completely independently of the video games If this issue is not resolved, I will be filing a class action lawsuit for illegal and immoral business practicesThis scandal by Microsoft is stealing thousands of dollars every day from consumers and will not be tolerated any longer just simply for their size and influence Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because You have no file number because there was no way I could find to contact you , when you updated my computer to Windows without stating that was the purpose of the update!!! I did try to find a way to write my complaint on the windows 'update'!! Windows also put my computer into airplane mode unbeknownst to me I had to disconnect my router every time I shut down my computer and restart everything I had to get professional help to figure out what was the problem!! There was no explanation that I would no longer have Internet Explorer or what edge was or about any other changes!!Sincerely, [redacted]
