I am rejecting this response because
I am not sure how to respond to this responseI have honestly never heard of Midwest Recovery before seeing it on my credit reportsI only have one cell phone number, not “various” phone numbers as the company claimsThey have received “no communication…written, or verbal” from me because I have never received anything regarding their company and have no voicemails or missed calls from this companyI do not know what phone numbers or what addresses they are speaking of that they have "communicated” with me. I took out a “ payday loan” online several years ago and paid several paymentsIt was then sent over to a third party, no collection on my report, and paid off. This is an account that has considered closed and paid in full with no further obligations as I was toldI would like to see any documents with information regarding a debt that I "owe" to Midwest Recovery signed by meThis "collection” placed on my credit report and "derogatory mark" are the first I have ever heard of Midwest RecoveryI would like it removed and corrected because I was not contacted prior to it being placed on my reportsThis is a claim and I feel that my “identity” may have been jeopardized with the sounds of this claim by Midwest RecoveryThis is the first time I have heard of Midwest RecoveryThank you for your time, *** ** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: This bill has been verified as a Worker's Compensation bill that somehow they did not receiveIt is illegal to report bills of such on my credit reportA dispute does not delete this from my credit reportsI will not accept anything except a deletion, or I will be going back to speak with my attorneyAlso, the collection agency failed to take proper steps prior to placing this on my credit reportWorker's Compensation (***) has agreed to pay this billI do not have time to place my purchases on hold, due to this negligenceI keep my credit clean for s reasonI was told by *** at Midwestern that they self report to credit agenciesTherefore, they should be able to delete this collection immediately and hold it until Worker's Compensation receives the bill and pay.

We have searched by all possible means to try to find this consumer in our system. I cannot attest to us contacting them by the information provided by the consumer nor confirm no future follow up, unless they can contact us. Unfortunately, there isn’t sufficient information provided to
us or it is different from what we have and we are unable to locate them in our system. If there is a different name or spelling of the name (i.emaiden name), different address, birth date, or a social security number that could be provided then we may be able to look up the consumer claiming this has been reported to their credit or is not their responsibility

Hello,My previous married name was *** *** and that is the name they are saying was on the loan The problem I have with this is they said the loan was taken out in 2011, but I was not *** *** in My identity was stolen a few years back by people using different names, but my
information They were taking out payday loans and what happens is they don't pay them and the collection companies get my information and assume I took out the loan I have asked them for documentation showing I personally took out this loan and they cannot provide me with anything except a letter saying I owe $ That is not proof that I took out a loan and I know for a fact I have never taken out a loan for that much money.I need this resolved and taken off of my credit.Thank you*** ***
