Midwest Recovery Systems has explained to the consumer that we do not govern the speed in which the credit furnishers publish information received from usGenerally speaking the credit furnishers take 14+ days to publish reporting information
Midwest Recovery Systems internal policy allows for credit reporting once a month, in the first week of the monthIt is impossible for us to control when, and how the credit furnishers update their records after receipt of our submission, therefore we are unable to provide any documentation stating otherwiseAs of September 5, the account will have been submitted to the furnisher's, and they will update the reporting on their endMRS has also offered to provide documentation to the consumer stating the accounts are resolved, in which she can provide to anyone she chooses

I am rejecting this response because:After contacting council they have seen this company has done this to way to many peopleI will be filing a complaint with the US attorney general as well as the state attorney generalThis caused me pain and suffering during Christmas and I was not able to supply my kids with the gifts they deserve do to this company ruining my credit during ChristmasWe can close this matter without me contacting them under certain circumstancesThey may email me and we can discuss the circumstances***@yahoo.com

supplementation of documents to the consumerThere was no notification to our company of any dispute prior to this complaint being filedIf we had communication from Mr*** we could have handled this much soonerWe will no longer be attempting to collect on this debt, and a credit bureau deletion record will be submitted promptly

I did answer the prior message with an online response This matter is not closed, this company has not furnished any information at all and has not responded to my email or certified mail request for debt validation All credit bureaus have also requested information from this company They do not respond I am therefore waiting out the day response period, however I do not want this issue marked closed because it is not This company's response was simply a canned message saying they will mark the account disputed This does nothing to remove the entry from my credit reports which is what I requested in JulyAgain, please do not mark this matter closed

I am rejecting this response because: I reject this response because this is not what I asked this company forThey are reporting a fraudulent account on my credit file that has drastically affected my score and that is keeping me from attaining credit from othersThey are required by law to report ONLY information that they are sure belongs to meThe mere fact that they have to contact someone else with reference to this account tells me that they do not have the information I requested from them- since they are the ones reporting the accountAGAIN- I request proof that this fraud account is mine- a CONTRACT with my signature contractually obligating me to have to pay this business any moneyFURTHERMORE, send proof that you are LICENSED to collect debts in the state of FloridaI know I never made an account with this companyAt this point- if this account is not deleted- I will contact a consumer attorney to litigate on my behalf and sue for any damages your negligence has caused mePlease note that I am keeping all correspondence for future litigationGovern yourselves accordingly.
