The Property I am having issues with is not listedDue to unresolved issues I would like to be let out of my lease early I have been a resident at Parkway Grand for about years and over a period of time I have come home to Maintenance entering my apartment and I didn't request itThey have broken items in my home and replaced it with trash items to say the leastThey even left my door wide open once as I was coming home from work thankfully nothing was missingThey did not respond to a water leak in a timely manner which ruined my clothes and had my apartment smelling for over a week which I could not stay in and I am asking that I am either prorated for the days that I was unable to be in there or allow me out of my lease earlyI have reached out to several members on their website and no one has even attempted to respond to my emails, voicemails and calls

I have had recurrent problems with management addressing recurrent leaks in my apartment, the security of the apartment, the health of my child and have recently been physically threatened by Property manager Natasha [redacted] I have been a tenant of apartment # [redacted] since September Upon moving into the apartment I noticed water damage in kitchen along back wall and baseboard which I listed on inventory sheetAfter turning in inventory sheet I noticed several roaches in the apartment and I mentioned this to NatashaShe said she would have the exterminator come out; in addition I also bomb and fumigate every few weeks which helps some (but it seems they nest behind the large mirror in the dining room and restroom)I have mentioned this several times with no resolutionAfter speaking with several residents and reading the online reviews, roaches and leaks are not uncommon in theses apartmentsHowever, every time I have spoken with Natasha regarding these issues she is very rude,

We have complained about a sewer smell since Sept 2017 and it has yet to be resolved as of April 2018. It's smells like rotten eggs and poop! We were told we have to move because they don't know the issue. We need the issue resolved being that I have children. It's not fair that my family is enduring this foul smell. It literally smells like poop and rotten eggs. It is so bad we can't sleep because the smell wakes us up out the sleep.

Repairs to apartment and to gym not done in a timely manner This is the 3rd time this year that repairs have taken over weeksMy blinds have needed replacing in my apartmentIt has been over weeks since I requested the repairIt will be weeks this ThursdayThis is happening more oftenI have lived here for years and it seems repairs are done slower and slower especially the last yearsAlso the treadmills in the gym have not worked for over monthsI have complained times and they continue to say that they have told management but yet nothing has been doneThe exercise bike has been missing foot straps for over years now! It seems nothing is being repaired in a timely manner...and yet rates are raised on me straight yearsAnd when repairs are finally done...there is no compensation to me as a long term tenant for my inconveniences

2/28/17 I paid $500 for a "deposit" (non refundable) at no time was I told I had 3 days to get a refund and not upon move-in. I applied for an apartment and was approved with a $500 (non-refundable) "deposit" or $1000 refundable per Carla the manager. I was told I could switch anytime before my move-in on April 16 if a two br became available by [redacted] and [redacted] . I paid the $500 on 2/26 to Dexter for a 1 br Unit 5110.
