I reported mold in my master closet on 8/26/and after several attempts to get this resolved it has worsen
On 8/26/I spoke with Reagan about my master closet having mold on the wallI sent her a picture showing where the mold wasShe responded in an email that " a member of maintenance team would be out to look at it today" which was 8/but they were not able to come until 8/On 8/when I came home the work order read "mike serviced ac coils, no leaks found, checked drain and sprayed mold in master closet"After a few day went by I noticed the mold was starting to reappear and was reported on 9/4/On 9/a work order stated "Mike found no leaks and he treated walls for suspected growth"The next day I called and spoke with Reagan to see what were the findings of the mold and how to neutralize the smellShe responded that "she would speak with maintenance and would call me backI received no call back however when I came home I noticed in my master closet that so

We have complained about a sewer smell since Sept and it has yet to be resolved as of April It's smells like rotten eggs and poop!
We were told we have to move because they don't know the issueWe need the issue resolved being that I have childrenIt's not fair that my family is enduring this foul smellIt literally smells like poop and rotten eggsIt is so bad we can't sleep because the smell wakes us up out the sleep

Repairs to apartment and to gym not done in a timely manner
This is the 3rd time this year that repairs have taken over weeksMy blinds have needed replacing in my apartmentIt has been over weeks since I requested the repairIt will be weeks this ThursdayThis is happening more oftenI have lived here for years and it seems repairs are done slower and slower especially the last yearsAlso the treadmills in the gym have not worked for over monthsI have complained times and they continue to say that they have told management but yet nothing has been doneThe exercise bike has been missing foot straps for over years now! It seems nothing is being repaired in a timely manner...and yet rates are raised on me straight yearsAnd when repairs are finally done...there is no compensation to me as a long term tenant for my inconveniences

My lawn was supposed to be serviced for aeration and overseedingI get home to check and it has not been doneI do not see aeration in my backyard

the manager at steeplechase aptin alvin texas XXXXX aprouched my handycap son and started to get on to him about pool fernture said he wes distroying it and then she said she seen him through shoes on the parking roof and she didnot she should have came and talked to me or my wife about this matter but when we got to talk to her she said we are evicted and we have to the X XX XX and we need some help on this matter
