Communication is key with any businessDon't expect this company to give you any real leeway when they fail to inform you on important situations pertaining to your apartmentI had some NSF charges to my accountThe first one was their fault entirely which they admitted toThe second was a lack of clarity from their website and user error combinationThis was my first real offense to them which incurred many problemsBecause it was my 2nd NSF charge, they removed my ability to pay through Electronic Checking indefinitelyI was never informed of this becoming a problem nor did they inform me that I could no longer do soI had to investigate thoroughly and could barely speak to the manager in charge of this complexCustomer service is non-existent with this companyNot only did I get stuck with the $NSF Fee, but they refused to work with meThey could not even tell me why exactly I got charged the $NSF feeThey were excessively vague and didn't really try to look into itI felt very dismissed like they could care less about my situationMy credit is very good so it's not like I'm not good for the money, but I have been treated like I have been attempting to screw the business
