They towed my car illegally in violation of the signed Lease Agreement
The Lease Agreement states in the Lease Addendum for Enclosed Garage, Carport, or Storage Unit in Section "carport space number(s) UNASSIGNED"
My car was parked legally in accordance of the Lease Agreement
According to the lease agreement I can park in any open carport that is not clearly designated as "Reserved" or "Handicapped"
They claimed that I needed a sticker to park in the car port There is nothing in the Lease Agreement that states that or the number of cars that I can own

This is hands-down the absolute worst place you could ever live in your whole lifeAll they want is your moneyI have received multiple eviction notices for outlandish accusationsAccusations including criminal activity, unauthorized resident, domestic violence, and many more crazy thingsWhen attempting to give the management company my emotional support animal letter from my mental health care professional my fair housing rights were directly violated for weeks on endI was told my letter was insufficient and needed to be from a local doctorThe management did not let up even a single bit until I threatened to file a complaint with the fair housing departmentSpoke with multiple other tenants and they say they have the same problem with crazy accusations and emotional support animalsThe last straw was today when I received a lease violation for having non-patio furniture on my patioThey say they're going to charge me a $feePrior to receiving the violation I called the resident center asking an employee named Jennifer if it was all right if I had those chairs on my balconyTold me she wasn't sure and that she would get back to meThe next day I was answered with a $violation on my doorI have just arrived back to my house from the resident center and *** only answer for me was "sorryThere's nothing we can do about the violationIt's not just you." My apartment has a water heater and it bust causing the water to spread all over my home and it got worse by each day , caused mold to happen
