resolved as I stated I wouldI will continue to purchase products branded by the elf company, however, I will only buy them if they are in a storeI will no longer do business with them on their website and I encourage those who do to be vigilant in tracking their packages and contacting the company when something doesn't seem to be right, bearing in mind that it may take multiple correspondences to resolve the issue and that they would save all correspondence in the event they should need it, as I did in this situation

None of my emails were responded to in a timely manner and although my other problems did eventually get resolved it was not in a timely manner and took months to finally get to a resolutionAgain, as a business that should face legal reprucusions for what they are doing to their customersThey finally emailed me back only after I put in a complaint with you guys saying I did get a full refund for dollarsHowever, I just checked my bank account and there was dollars taken out on 11/**/but no refundThis is the second time they have done this to meSaying they put in a refund when in fact they never did.

I contacted their customer service on ocassions through email and also *** they never responsed back to my emails and it took them a few days to message me back on ***, on Dec ** I was told through *** they sent me a refund, that I still have not yet received, when I messaged them again on *** on Dec ** they told me it would take a day or two to show up but still I see nothingI did open a *** dispute because I wanted their help getting E.L.F to communicate what they plan on doing to make this mistake they made better for me
