Recently MintVine updated the payout processing timeline from hours to 3-business days as customer volume and payment requests raised substantiallyWe have taken steps to ensure that members are aware of this update, however this member was unsatisfied with the delay in payment, which was processed business days after his requestThe member has received their reward and was given points for the inconvenience and frustration caused

This panelist logged into Branded Surveys when they were outside the US, UK, and Canada, which set off an automatic security flagAfter investigating we have found that the user resides in the US and may have been out of country for a brief timeWe have removed the ban on his account and sent points for the trouble

You had no problem when I did surveys and polls! Now when I want to collect on my hours of doing surveys and polls, you make up some BS excuse, why you will not pay me!!

Hi -Due to the tremendous amount of attempted fraud on our community site MintVine, we have a significant amount of security measures in place to help combat In Ms [redacted] 's case, she failed many of our security checks and her account was suspendedUpon further investigation we've since cleared her account again(there are positives in our security scores-it's not a perfect mechanism) Ms [redacted] 's earnings have been released along with another $for her understanding and inconvenienceRespectfully, [redacted]

Recently MintVine has experienced payment delays for PayPal users and are resolving these issues today, 5/1/Unfortunately we are unable to locate an account associated with [redacted] @gmail.com, however if he made the request less that business days ago he will receive payment today

Hi -Ok we figured this one outTo ensure that MintVine notifications are going to members that benefit from them, we are notified when emails are going into member’s spam foldersIf this is a common occurrence, we list the member as not wanting to receive emailsUnfortunately in this case, the member was unable to receive the gift card we sent her due to this blockWe have removed the block and sent the gift card to the member, informing her of the error and ensuring this will not occur on her account in the future.Due to our error we are sending an additional points to the member for the frustration the process has caused.Sincerely, [redacted]
