I received two emails from them one came in my in box and the other in my junk mail so I do get their emails but Never got one for my payoutWhy didn't they just send my payout in one of the emailsOnce again I do not want a credits to my account I want the payout I earned and then I am deleting my accountThey are lying for a lousy payout

First I received no emails from mintvine stating anything like thatThe only emails I got were ones saying that it would take up to days to have any answer for meI have went back through all my emails from mintvine and there were none explaining or my ***A point credit is ridiculous because it was 1,of mine to get the ***so no I will not accept what they have doneI do not want point credits I want the *** and then I am closing my account, which I told them that so why would they put a credit and for alot less that I had to use

After further investigating the situation we discovered that this panelist was misquoted the conversion rates for her *** gift cardshe was initially quoted that points is equivalent to $USD, and therefore $CADThe reality is that once she Redeemed only points were processed from her account, giving her $CADThis caused the confusion since we gave the impression that points were being taken from her account when it was in reality We are working to become more transparent with our members to make this process clear to prevent confusion in the future.The daily poll is updated at 7:AM PSTThis means that it is possible for any panelist outside of the PST zone can take more than one poll in one dayThe poll streak is still consistent, so in this case on 08/this panelist took polls, raising her poll streak first to 3, then to in one dayWe clarify poll streaks in the panelists transactions screen accessible on their dashboard.Due to the confusion and misinformation given to this panelist, we are going to send her a $CAD *** gift card for the troubleWe will take steps to ensure conversion rates and poll streaks are more clearly laid out for all panelists

Hi -We implemented a new security feature that also confirms our users have a legitimate phone number before cashing outAfter the release we realized that some of our users, including ***, do not have cell phones We now allow for land line numbers and for people who don't have a phone
number to cash out by verifying them through other ways We credited *** points which puts her over her cash out threshold She should be able to cash out now with out any issue. *** ***

Hi -This member unfortunately failed many of our security and fraud prevention measures - though these are not perfect and there are cases of positives. This users account has been fully restored, all points are redeemable for prizes, and an additional points ($3) has been awarded to

This was totally wrong, as I have not been take survey out of the country for a year,Maybe I'm using private network on desktop sometimes change my ip address, but every take my survey on [redacted] only in Country

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I applaud them living up to the commitment once reviewing the information in this case that there was no fraud.  I live and work in VA, but my company's parent company is based in CA.  I believe that any surveys conducted while on my work network was registering a CA IP address, while at home it was showing as VA.  I will continue to use their services and hope I don't encounter these problems anymore.  I would like to suggest adding a few resources in support to help facilitate faster turn around time in responses.

Hello, they have finally replied and resolved this issue. Thanks for the help.  I believe a company which avoids timely payment with no communication until you file a Revdex.com complaint should be rated much lower to warn others.

This panelist was sent $50.00 via Amazon gift card on 10/11/17 at 4:30 PM CST. There is currently nothing owed on her account.

This user was flagged automatically for using what appeared to be a proxy server, which is forbidden in our Terms of Service. After investigation we discovered that this was a false flag. We have removed the ban and sent her 250 points. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This account was under investigation and temporarily blocked so we could look into potential fraud activity. After researching we have found that this account is entirely legitimate. We are removing the block and giving 400 points for the inconvenience.
