MintVine members earn points by taking surveys using our router systemThe router takes into account all the details given by the member regarding their demographic and links them to a survey that they are most likely going to qualify forAfter a few questions it can be determined if a member is
not qualified for this survey, at which point they are notified and routed to the next available survey.Recently several members experienced an error in our survey router and some members were unable to go beyond the survey start screenAs soon as we were made aware we addressed and resolved the problem, sending members affected the points promised by the survey description.We are sending this member ($4) points to resolve the issue

We are experiencing delays in our *** account funding, making us unable to send funds to some *** recipients within our 3-business day promiseAs soon as this is remedied this panelist will be paidWe are sending points for the inconvenience caused

The email this panelist received was a confirmation email stating that we had attempted to pay himIn most cases, this means that the payment has successfully gone throughUnfortunately on Friday, 2/24, there were complications with *** that caused our account to lack funds until today 2/28/

I have been using *** without issue all week, including yesterday. I believe this is a delay tactic in order to get me to wait a week, and lose the day window with the Revdex.com, which would then have it show as resolved. We're only talking about $and change. Just pay me what's owed

-here is the email where they asked me to get a new email because I couldn't use iCloud so I reject them saying they didn't say it because they did

We have removed the ban that was automatically set in our systemThis user is able to cash out his points

After reviewing this account we have discovered that at the time the panelist redeemed their reward MintVine was having issues with our PayPal accountI have sent the $initially requested and have sent an additional points for the inconvenience
