I've gone ahead and cashed out. I have to admit that I was shocked by this entire event -- [redacted] had previously done a good job of resolving user issues via the customer service email system. I only complained via Revdex.com because I didn't feel I would get any type of resolution otherwise after my emails with Mr. [redacted]. It is for this reason that I'm posing my question here instead of through the [redacted] support email system:For future reference, where can I verify the account to meet the new security measures and what are the available methods to verify that you mentioned in your response? As stated in my complaint, I would prefer to keep my account open. Since the matter has been resolved and you mentioned land line number and other ways, I simply need to know at this point how to move forward with those security measures. I fully understand the need for security, this complaint resulted because of the sudden change without forewarning, the choice of security method and the lack of options and assistance through [redacted] support. Best Regards,

Branded Surveys will no longer be doing business with this individual. He has utilized a fraudulent proxy server that several other known fraudulent users have utilized to infiltrate our site. He will remain banned henceforth.

This panelist was temporarily blocked after a proxy server was discovered being used in his account history. After further investigation, the block was removed on 05/27/2017. The panelist also has a current and lifetime point total of 9,818, which is equivalent to $98.18. We are sending 300 points...

for the inconvenience caused and will redeem his reward once it is requested.

If they routinely get false positives, as suggested, perhaps they should develop a better tracking mechanism to ensure complaints get responded to in a more timely fashion.

  This company put me through hell for a week not answering my emails, calls, or texts. I have never ever used a proxy server all because I disputed a 40 minute survey that I was DQ at the end.  No online chat or customer service to help you. I want to continue with Mintvine but fairness and integrity are needed. Now, to this day all my surveys are being denied.  Why is that?  Sounds like retaliation for filing a complaint.

They have all of that information. I gave it to them several times.They also said that they gave me details on how to report the issue. I had already reported the issue based on the steps they asked me to complete. It was not resolved by completing those steps, so I had to reach out in another way. If they had looked at my account, done the research, they would have seen that I had already attempted to report the points as missing. I accept the decision by the company, but I'm still unsatisfied on how their service team failed to complete basic research on my account and reach out to their business partner (the client).

The dates of payments provided are correct, but the payments on 7/20/2017 for $10 and 7/31/17 for $20 have still not been received. This was stated in the original complaint.Mintvine stating that I never sent them an email is correct. But an email is not the method of contact they suggest using on their website. Their website directs to a contact form, which I completed twice, as stated in the original complaint (images provided). There is nothing I could find anywhere on their website that indicates that I should have contacted them at the email address [redacted]
I still request that I am provided with the $30 worth of [redacted] gift card payments that were not sent to me.

MintVine will no longer be doing business with this panelist as they have violated our Terms of Service by being dishonest with their profile.

This panelist logged into Branded Surveys when they were outside the US, UK, and Canada, which set off an automatic security flag. After investigating we have found that the user resides in the US and may have been out of country for a brief time. We have removed the ban on his account and sent 300...

points for the trouble.

Hi - When customers are blocked from [redacted], we advise them to send a ticket directly to their customer support team. This is due to the fact that MintVine does not have any access to removing a block from a third party site. We advised [redacted] on how to send a ticket, and unfortunately her...

inquiries were not addressed by [redacted]. We have since contacted [redacted] and requested the block be removed and are gifting her 200 points for the frustration caused in this process so far.We've contacted this user via the ticket she opened with us and are resolving this mater ASAP.

This panelist has been proven to be fraudulent as they are dishonestly answering their profile questions in order to get more survey opportunities that they are not qualified for. We will not longer be doing business with this individual.
