[Do not have multiple accounts. Other family members, including my twin brother have accounts with this company using their email addresses. Company is trying to steal money from me by not allowing me to redeem my points for time spent on surveys already completed from many weeks ago before this "problem" started happening. Many other people have posted on review sites that they started experiencing the same "issue" at around the same time as I. Company looks to be freezing as many accounts as possible in order to avoid paying out rewards that people have earned over many months. Any business who follows these actions would be reported for theft. Company makes absolutely no effort to resolve issue with customer. Continues to ignore requests for more information and resolution to issue. ]

In order to prevent fraudulent activity, MintVine has several security flags to ensure member legitimacy. This panelist received their points almost exclusively through referrals, which set off security flags that caused their account to be temporarily blocked until the issue could be investigated....

After researching the account, it has been confirmed that this member is legitimate and they were unjustly blocked. We have removed the block on the account and are sending 400 points to this member for the inconvenience caused.

from out of the country, too.  (UK to be specific most recently) 
Because of the strict policies we and our research partners have for
ensuring we only collect quality data, your account was flagged and our
withdrawal request was denied.  Our security checks, though thorough,
are not always entirely accurate and it's not out of the question to get
false positives. There is also travel to take under consideration which
you may have been doing. It's job to weigh everything we can about a
member before disqualifying them.  Unfortunately you did not pass our
evaluation but any simple explanation for the why there is activity from
your account from many different IP's and locations would satisfy our

In some cases we direct members with specific issues to the survey provider itself as they have insight into specific panelist accounts that MintVine does not.Unfortunately in this...

case it appears that P2Sample support was not responding to this member in a timely manner regarding the 2 surveys listed, and the third survey did not properly redirect the member to his home page or record his points. We have sent the member 300 points for the inconvenience.

Recently MintVine has experienced payment delays for PayPal users and are resolving these issues today, 5/1/2017. Unfortunately we are unable to locate an account associated with [redacted]@gmail.com, however if he made the request less that 5 business days ago he will receive payment...

Hi - I've included two screenshots which show 1) Confirmation Ms. [redacted] requested and was sent a $34 [redacted] gift card and 2) Email confirmation that she received and opened the respective email which contained the [redacted] gift card.

Yesterday I replying email from [redacted], I was done explain about activity from my account from many different IP's and locations would satisfy our security concerns on [redacted].  I have no doubt that it was within their legal rights to do what they've done, but that doesn't make it right.
