Well first of all, I asked for a refund of my money because I avian sent a card that does not pedi, return the money and I resubmitted the same card I have my prueva, now want to wash their hands and give up my money, just I want my money back that cost me realisar work, took more than a month, waiting for a response from the technical support, request a payment of 34 THROUGH dollars from [redacted], your company sent me a card [redacted] claim the refund and returned to send me a card [redacted] again just want to be responsible and send me my money, which cost me time work and their support never answers me, as long as they do not get answers shippingDesired Outcome: return to collect my points for my money well [redacted] hard-earned

Revdex.com:I want Mintvine to commit to stating the Payout of EVERY SURVEY REGARDLESS OF THE vendor. Its their responsibility since we signed up to transact via Mintvine..not their numerous vendors. I also want them to redirect back to their website upon completion of each & every survey with points showing up in the Panelists account.  I will be contacting the FTC over this matter if Mintvine wont take responsibility for the scam of the Survey Funnel.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Hi -Ok we figured this one out. To ensure that MintVine notifications are going to members that benefit from them, we are notified when emails are going into member’s spam folders. If this is a common occurrence, we list the member as not wanting to receive emails. Unfortunately in this case, the member was unable to receive the gift card we sent her due to this block. We have removed the block and sent the gift card to the member, informing her of the error and ensuring this will not occur on her account in the future.Due to our error we are sending an additional 400 points to the member for the frustration the process has caused.Sincerely,[redacted]

Hi -Recently MintVine implemented a one time phone number verification requirement for all of our members. This was done as a security measure and we do not contact any members via phone, nor do we give out private information to a third party. At the time the complaint was received, the member had...

already verified his phone number. We were able to complete his payment by approving the transaction.  We also credited this member an additional $1.00 for any frustration caused.

I would like to send this second letter to state that the issue between me ([redacted]) [redacted] and MintVine has been resolved completely so you can file this claim as closed. It is claim #[redacted]. It has been settled for about 2 weeks now. They paid me the amount owed. So I want to drop the issue and complaint vs. MintVine.  I wrote a message a few weeks back after I received my funds to let you know the issue had been resolved but I got a message today September 2nd, 2017 saying that Revdex.com tried to contact MintVine again, but I want to reiterate that the issue has been resolved in it's entirity. I tried to call the phone number listed but as it is Saturday I wasn't able to contact anyone, and I am not familiar enough with the features on your website to let you know that it is resolved so I wrote you this email. [redacted] is over the case.  Thank You in advance for your help in this matter. Regards,
[redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the problems I experienced appear below. Each issue will have a corresponding number in the screenshots. i.e. 1's, 2's etc.1. [redacted] mentions the exchange rate issues. At the time I accumulated my points, the exchange rate was higher. As per [redacted]'s email screenshots of Feb. 11th, he states that I would receive $13.96 Canadian currency. When that didn't happen, he sent me an apology and offered me 500 points instead. So, no, this was not resolved, because 500 points is nowhere near the 1980 points ($19.80) I was entitled to.Update: [redacted] sent me an email, Aug 18 to inform me that the currency rate now is 1.28 and tried to give me 400 points to make me go away. However, at the time I was supposed to get my payouts, the rate was 3.96. I was informed in writing by [redacted], and I quote, "We automatically convert currencies so when it shows you have $10.00 USD, you will receive $13.96 in Canadian currency." They have short-changed me on 4 occasions, which are reflected in the screenshot with my [redacted] cards. They owe me $19.80, minus the 500 they gave me = 14.80. Plus the $20 for the months of hassle and unprofessional behaviour. That's $34.80. If they want to give it to me in points, that will be 3480 points (- 400 they inserted into my account = 3080). 2. Regarding the Daily Polls, join their forum and you will see all the complaints. Here's some screenshots of what you'll find. There have been complaints of it not working properly since at least December of 2015. Down for maintenance they said. But it still hasn't been fixed to the point where getting 10 days in a row is regularly possible. It's more of a novelty than a rule.3. As for "skipping", I think the problem is that they didn't actually read your email. I never said the polls were skipping. I said that they were a day behind. Aug. 14 I wrote to inform them of a glitch in the "Poll Tracker". It seems that the Poll tracker is always a day behind the other dates. [redacted] replied that there was nothing wrong. So I sent him screenshots, which I have included. He didn't bother to look because he replied in a condescending way that there was nothing wrong with the dates, it was probably my system. As of the time of this email, the dates are still off. I have taken 2 NEW screenshots (included). One will show that the daily poll "Fall is coming up, what is your favourite part of the season?" Dated August 18th, today's date. The Poll Tracker however is still stuck on Aug. 17th, for the same  "Fall is coming up, what is your favourite part of the season?" poll.  4. Then, there is the borderline fraudulent behaviour regarding the surveys. It is normal that the first 2-3 minutes are used to see if the surveyor is qualified. But then you keep getting questions. Product specific questions (see screenshots). So you figure it's all good. But then you make it to almost the end or sometimes the end of the survey and they tell you, you don't qualify. So they get all the information without rewarding the surveyors. People have been complaining about this for months. I have again added screenshots from the forums.  People are so frustrated that MintVine does nothing. I think that's why the most important thing would be for them to lose their A+ rating with Revdex.com. There is NO WAY they deserve that.5. Once you finally accumulate enough points, then you have to get a payout. That's probably the hardest part. Despite the same problems persisting for months now, nothing has changed. You wait and wait. Nothing happens. You contact customer service, nothing happens. Then, eventually, you get your payout. If you're lucky. Again, I have included screenshots of forum complaints. 6. Last but not least, there is the problem of ANTI-customer service, including the above mentioned issues. What I mean by that are support replies that seem to be meant to alienate customers. Fx. MintVine misplaces my money for whatever reason. The only answer I get is "You will receive you payment shortly.". I had funds that kept on being sent back after a few days. I took me several weeks to get a payout. And their only response was, you'll get your payment shortly (see screenshots).I could go further. I've been collecting screenshots for months now. But Idon't know how much room I have so I'll stop here. But let me just reiterate the outcome I desire, which is the only outcome that is fair. I want either money or points to reflect the $14.80 that I was cheated out of during MintVine's switch to Canadian gift cards. I want $20 to reflect the time wasted not only having to deal with glitches they have no intention on fixing, fraudulent companies cheating us surveyors out of our money, the fact that I've had to waste my time hunting down results, and because I just spent my weekend getting these papers together! And finally, give MintVine the rating that they deserve, considering all of the above issues! If it was up to me, I'd give them a C only because [redacted] actually does try!I thank you for your attention, Respectfully, [redacted] P.S. Apparently there is a limit to how many screenshots I can include, which isn't very conducive to proving my case. Please notify my of a way to add more proof, otherwise I fear MintVine will get away with this whole issue.

At MintVine we remain transparent when it comes to making our payments to our valued members. This particular member was sent the following gift cards since July of 2016:7/15/16- $10.00 [redacted] gift card7/28/16- $16.89 [redacted] deposit9/23/16- $34.00 [redacted] gift cardOriginally the latest gift card of...

$34.00 was requested as a [redacted] gift card and approved on 8/9/16, however the member requested this be updated to process as an [redacted] gift card after approval. Our staff deleted the original [redacted] transaction, ensured the points were returned to her account, then sent and approved an [redacted] gift card later on 8/9/16.There appears to have been difficulty in receiving the [redacted] gift card as this member has requested we resend the card several times since, the latest being 9/23/16. We have confirmed that the $34.00 gift card email was sent and received, and have been working to assist her locating the email via suggestions to check her spam folder as well as stating the time and date the card was sent.
