Hi - This member had set off several security flags that caused his account to be blocked until our team could fully investigate the problemUnfortunately this caused the member a delay in being able to receive his rewardThe member’s block has been removed and we are gifting him points for the frustration caused by this issue This was handled as soon as we received the original notice from the Revdex.com Apologies for the delay [redacted]

They have short-changed me on occasions, which are reflected in the screenshot with my [redacted] cardsThey owe me $19.80, minus the they gave me = Plus the $for the months of hassle and unprofessional behaviourThat's $If they want to give it to me in points, that will be points (- they inserted into my account = 3080)Regarding the Daily Polls, join their forum and you will see all the complaintsHere's some screenshots of what you'll findThere have been complaints of it not working properly since at least December of Down for maintenance they saidBut it still hasn't been fixed to the point where getting days in a row is regularly possibleIt's more of a novelty than a ruleAs for "skipping", I think the problem is that they didn't actually read your emailI never said the polls were skippingI said that they were a day behindAugI wrote to inform them of a glitch in the "Poll Tracker"It seems that the Poll tracker is always a day behind the other dates [redacted] replied that there was nothing wrongSo I sent him screenshots, which I have includedHe didn't bother to look because he replied in a condescending way that there was nothing wrong with the dates, it was probably my systemAs of the time of this email, the dates are still offI have taken NEW screenshots (included)One will show that the daily poll "Fall is coming up, what is your favourite part of the season?" Dated August 18th, today's dateThe Poll Tracker however is still stuck on Aug17th, for the same "Fall is coming up, what is your favourite part of the season?" poll Then, there is the borderline fraudulent behaviour regarding the surveysIt is that the first 2-minutes are used to see if the surveyor is qualifiedBut then you keep getting questionsProduct specific questions (see screenshots)So you figure it's all goodBut then you make it to almost the end or sometimes the end of the survey and they tell you, you don't qualifySo they get all the information without rewarding the surveyorsPeople have been complaining about this for monthsI have again added screenshots from the forums People are so frustrated that MintVine does nothingI think that's why the most important thing would be for them to lose their A+ rating with Revdex.comThere is NO WAY they deserve thatOnce you finally accumulate enough points, then you have to get a payoutThat's probably the hardest partDespite the same problems persisting for months now, nothing has changedYou wait and waitNothing happensYou contact customer service, nothing happensThen, eventually, you get your payoutIf you're luckyAgain, I have included screenshots of forum complaintsLast but not least, there is the problem of ANTI-customer service, including the above mentioned issuesWhat I mean by that are support replies that seem to be meant to alienate customersFxMintVine misplaces my money for whatever reasonThe only answer I get is "You will receive you payment shortly."I had funds that kept on being sent back after a few daysI took me several weeks to get a payoutAnd their only response was, you'll get your payment shortly (see screenshots).I could go furtherI've been collecting screenshots for months nowBut Idon't know how much room I have so I'll stop hereBut let me just reiterate the outcome I desire, which is the only outcome that is fairI want either money or points to reflect the $that I was cheated out of during MintVine's switch to Canadian gift cardsI want $to reflect the time wasted not only having to deal with glitches they have no intention on fixing, fraudulent companies cheating us surveyors out of our money, the fact that I've had to waste my time hunting down results, and because I just spent my weekend getting these papers together! And finally, give MintVine the rating that they deserve, considering all of the above issues! This panelists account was blocked from future use as they have exaggerated their personal profile questions, with violates our terms of serviceThe main exaggeration regards his vehicleHe has listed that he has vehicle, an AcuraThe problem lies within the fact that he has listed separate years for this vehicle, and As this is not possible, he will need to correct his profile with accurate information in order to be reinstated

We have been in contact with this member, most recently on 08/24/in order to understand which payment is causing the issueThere is currently not any issue with this members iCloud account causing delaysWe have not claimed that the iCloud email is an issue and are currently working with this member to investigate the situation

Hi -Recently MintVine implemented a one time phone number verification requirement for all of our membersThis was done as a security measure and we do not contact any members via phone, nor do we give out private information to a third partyAt the time the complaint was received, the member had already verified his phone numberWe were able to complete his payment by approving the transaction We also credited this member an additional $for any frustration caused

This panelist was temporarily blocked after a proxy server was discovered being used in his account historyAfter further investigation, the block was removed on 05/27/The panelist also has a current and lifetime point total of 9,818, which is equivalent to $We are sending points for the inconvenience caused and will redeem his reward once it is requested

Branded Surveys will no longer be doing business with this individualHe has utilized a fraudulent proxy server that several other known fraudulent users have utilized to infiltrate our siteHe will remain banned henceforth

In order to prevent fraudulent activity, MintVine has several security flags to ensure member legitimacyThis panelist received their points almost exclusively through referrals, which set off security flags that caused their account to be temporarily blocked until the issue could be investigated After researching the account, it has been confirmed that this member is legitimate and they were unjustly blockedWe have removed the block on the account and are sending points to this member for the inconvenience caused

To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] requested payment for an $Prepaid Virtual [redacted] card and it was sent on 03/30/It seems she had difficulty locating it, and we explained that changes in email settings can lead to MintVine redemption notifications are sent to the member’s spam folderThe card was re sent on 04/and again on 04/We informed her of the potential spam issue and gifted her points for the frustration caused by the process[redacted] CEO

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I havent been dishonest at all on anything I been a client for a very longtime they have been doing there surveys for a very longtime and never had a issue until now they dont respond to messages or phone calls or social media and have been doing this to many members it has been common for them lately all the money has been earned already and they have no right to keep it this is not how bussinesses treat there customers its nunaceptable and if I was such a bad client and havent been trustworthy why would someone keep a client so long its there way of not paying for my honest and hard work and if you go through there complaints its happening to many people not just me and thats why they will say that your using a proxy or in another country I lived same location many years and use the same computer so there not being truthfull all I want is the that I earned to my [redacted] then they have the right to dismiss as a customner but not without paying as they have been paid already being the middle man .furthermore in or 3yrs that I been a cliet and have done several hundred surveys came back for whatever reason which will give me a quality score of over percent so no idea what there talking about but want my payment as I worked and answered honestly.this is exactly why they dont respond to emails.social media or phone calls because they think its ok but its not so unless im paid I will continue to be negative on them if they pay me we can part ways and they can go there way and I will go my way with out making a big deal about it anymore including social media reviews etc
