I have not been given the chance to access MintVine from my home wifi, which does not utilize a proxy server.  Also, my phone number is not fraudulent, as verified by their own site. (Image attached).  I would be more than happy to answer a phone call at that number to prove my identity. If they no longer wish to have me as a panelist, that is fine.  But I want the balance of my points redeemed, as that is fair compensation for the time I spent on their surveys.

This panelist has sent in many emails and all of her inquiries have been addressed.The daily poll is automated to update at 7:00 AM PST, when [redacted] informed us that the poll was skipping, we investigated and saw that both the administrator and panelist view showed that the poll was updated correctly...

and informed her of this. The poll streak resets after one full day without answering the poll as it is an incentive to log in daily. We will ensure that [redacted] is aware of this in the future as it seems to have sparked some confusion.When panelists begin surveys they are asked qualifying questions to ensure the survey is most likely to be completed. If they are not qualified for the survey, they are given a percentage of the total survey points and redirected to the next available survey that fits their demographic.MintVine consistently processes payments within 3-5 business days of the initial request. [redacted]’s latest approval was on 6/10/2016 and was sent 5 business days after her request.1000 points is equivalent to $10.00 USD. Currency conversion is factored into every gift card amount, and currently the Canadian conversion rate is 1.28 for every 1.00 US dollar. [redacted], our customer service representative mentioned in this statement, informed [redacted] that she would receive $10.00 for 1000 points without specifying that the conversion rate would be applied. This likely caused the misunderstanding.We've also credited this member an additional 400 points ($4) for frustrations incurred.

I havent been dishonest at all on anything I been a client for a very longtime they have been doing there surveys for a very longtime and never had a issue until now they dont respond to messages or phone calls or social media and have been doing this to many members it has been common for them lately all the money has been earned already and they have no right to keep it this is not how bussinesses treat there customers its nunaceptable and if I was such a bad client and havent been trustworthy why would someone keep a client so long its there way of not paying for my honest and hard work and if you go through there complaints its happening to many people not just me and thats why they will say that your using a proxy or in another country I lived same location many years and use the same computer so there not being truthfull all I want is the 87.91 that I earned to my [redacted] then they have the right to dismiss as a customner but not without paying as they have been paid already being the middle man .furthermore in 2 or 3yrs that I been a cliet and have done several hundred surveys 2 came back for whatever reason which will give me a quality score of over 98 percent so no idea what there talking about but want my payment as I worked and answered honestly.this is exactly why they dont respond to emails.social media or phone calls because they think its ok but its not so unless im paid I will continue to be negative on them if they pay me we can part ways and they can go there way and I will go my way with out making a big deal about it anymore including social media reviews etc.

After reviewing this panelists account and investigating the screen shots sent, we have determined that a routing error likely caused this issue. We are sending this panelist 200 points for the survey and an extra 50 points for the trouble caused.

This should not be confused with the stated point awards for completing the actual survey. For your edification, I've attached a screenshot of a currently available survey. You will notice the statement "If the survey is available, and you are disqualified, we'll give you X points* for your troubles" .  I'm willing to accept 3 points for each disqualified survey attempt, that would be 3 points for 109 disqualified attempts during the banned period, for a total of 327 points.Regards,[redacted]

Because of the all the criminal activity on the internet, yes I do use several proxy server IP addresses. This is to help with my security. There is no law against using these servers. You are a fraud and I will be contacting the Attorney General office! You had no problem when I did surveys and polls! Now when I want to collect on my hours of doing surveys and polls, you make up some BS excuse, why you will not pay me!!
