response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not YET satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.I greatly appreciate the help *** has provided. I need to delay acceptance until the reimbursement has posted to my *** account, which *** stated should occur by around the end of April. My biggest concern remains with *** *** in CVS Risk Management. After failing to return my calls for months, only now after the Revdex.com complaint was filed did she leave (mixed) messages. In the first VM, Ms*** said CVS would refund the money, consistent with what *** said (fine). But then Ms*** left a second message that said it was reimbursed last year. *** has no record of that. I called Ms.*** back and left a VM and stated that if that was the case, e-mail me some kind of proof that I can forward to *** and I would be glad to try and help resolve it with *** (although I believe that is the responsibility of CVS since they billed it). Ms*** is now back to not returning any phone calls and has provided me nothing via e-mail.I would rather just deal with ***, who has been great and whom I have cc'd on this at this point, since Ms*** seems to be a very confused person. Appreciate your confirmation that the claim reimbursement was processed on March 20th as indicated and should post to my *** account by the end of April

Several attempts were NOT made! I got a letter that was dated 10/1/on 10/6/ I called and spoke to ***, but instead of coming to an agreement of them at least just taking care of my $charge because I know they obviously are not willing to reimburse me, she argued with me on how I didn't need antibiotics My issue with this company is their pathetic attempt at customer service They NEVER bothered contacting me until AFTER I reported them to Revdex.com Also, the person who is supposedly in charge of their elevated customer service issues at their corporate office isn't even nice or friendly The voicemail I did get from her she sounded as if I was bothering her for having an issue with the company to being with and when I spoke to her she had a horrible attitude the entire timeNot once did she apologize for the "run around" or lack of response from the company At least the customer service reps I spoke with apologized for me repeatedly having to call and for my condition worsening CVS needs to seriously rethink who they employ to "take care" of their customer service issues considering who they have doing it clearly doesn't want to do her jobHer attitude towards people is horrible

Being told this business will "contact" me for the THIRD time after it has failed to do so TWICE already is hardly what I would deem an "acceptable" response to my complaintGiven it's history of failing to act on it's promises, their response to this complaint seems nothing more than a continuation of the stalling technique they have presented so farUntil such time as they actually contact me to resolve this issue I will be unable to consider this problem acceptably resolved
