Their statement is actually not true, making this even worse.  No one has addressed this issue.  I had a call from a woman who told me this was an insurance issue, and that is just not true.  I understand how coding works, and I can confirm that the code used is incorrect.

On 4-27-17 I received a call from Minute clinic that they will take of the $67.48 charge that [redacted] Clinic had sent me as it was a test that I did not authorize.  The case was closed by your organization.  I paid the $10 copayment that was required  (see attachment).   On 5-15-17 I received a statement from [redacted] clinic  (statement was dated 5-8-17).  There was still a $67.48 charge on my account  (see attachment).   I called today (5-15-17) to see if that charge was still on my account.  Per their system, the charge was still there.  I called  [redacted]  (the person who told me it would be taken care of on 4-27-17) and she said should would resubmit it.  So I would appreciate if you would reopen this case as the payment has not been handled by Minute Clinic.  Thank you. Regards,

surprise, it has been 8 days and I still have not heard a single word from anyone at CVS. I don't understand why they can't and won't take care of their customers. I guess customer satisfaction isn't something that's important to their company.

Thank you for your letter dated January, 4, 2017 concerning [redacted].  I am pleased to report that MinuteClinic has discussed this matter with Ms. [redacted] and she was pleased to learn that she will not be billed for the April 5, 2017 date of service.
