I do accept your help. But I need to note that on April 13th and on April 18th customer service personnel from Minute Clinic told me that they would get back with me regarding this situation. I want to document that as of April 21, I have not receive any type of communication from Minute Clinic. I do want you to investigate this situation but as to whether you will get back with me, the track record for a return phone call is----well the odds are not good. Moreover, when someone from Minute Clinic calls back the only phone number is the customer service line and I have to set aside anywhere from to minutes to wait until someone will answer my call. Those are the customer service conditions that Minute Clinic provides to customers. So I ask for a return call, yes and hopefully a phone number that does not require that type of waiting period. The lady that called me refused to hear my complaint She started rattling of codes and telling me that my insurance is out of state and that my insurance has caused this problem However, I have gone to the walk in clinics at ***, *** and *** *** ** *** -- and have NEVER had any issue It was always billed as an office visit with a $co-pay I am absolutely shocked that you sent a woman over to call my cell phone while I am at work to demean me like this and refuse to even listen to me and literally talk over me every time I try to get a word in as if she is reading from a script This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and I know feel defeated after having to deal with this woman

Bureau:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response MAY satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I have received a letter dated 5/11/16 from MinuteClinic promising to send me a refund check no later than 5/25/16.  I appreciate the admission of fault, but am somewhat concerned that they did not see fit to enclose the promised check with the letter I received.  Nevertheless, I am prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt and will await receipt of their check.  I would prefer to wait until such receipt to release my claim with Revdex.com, but given your necessity that I respond within ten days and realizing that a lack of response on my part is in effect an unconditional release, I choose instead to accept the LANGUAGE of their proposed settlement.  I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved, but rest assured that if I do not receive the promised reimbursement in timely fashion, I will file new complaint with you!   Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Hopefully all will proceed as proposed.
