Responding to the customer’s claimWe are surprised to learn that the customer has sent multiple emails and phone calls , since we have searched our entire database and no communication was found from this customerWe have cross-referenced the name, last name and email address and found no recordsThis customer never received the order, this is correctThe customer’s credit card did not go through and the transaction failedWe were unable to charge this customer for the upgrades and shipping cost added to this order(Therefore the theft claim is unfounded and misguided) We emailed all customers with this status twice, once in January and again on February (Well over 90% responded promptly)We have not received any response from this customer(We have evidence of this) We have attached a screenshot with the customer’s order for more informationSince the customer was refunded by the deal site, it nullifies the promotionThe customers desired settlement is denied , This order will be cancelledNo refund will be issued since there was never a charge to begin with Best regards,

The customer acquired a promotion and failed to use it for the specified period of time.Acquiring a coupon code from a third party website does not represent that this customer is in business with us. In fact, the customers demand for a 29.99 dollar refund should be directed to that third party that... sold that coupon code. This was the manager’s recommendation for this customer since it was evident that the customer’s intention was to engage in an interpretation battle for a policy fragment pasted from this third party. Promotions cannot be combined. We explained this several times to this customer.The coupon code is designed to target only the regular priced item. This item cost 99.99, for a certain period of time the code will cover 99.99. If the coupon code is not used by then, it comes down to 29.99 for that very same item.We agree with the customer’s desired settlement. Please contact the deal site that sold you the coupon code and request for refund. We do not have this customers business.

In reference to the issue reported by our customer [redacted] .We would like to report that in fact we have been interacting with her back and forward with this issueWe would also like to point out that in (***, [redacted] Aug at [redacted] **)about months ago , the customer acknowledged the fact that her response was (Quote) ''extremely late'' which partially discharges our customer service department of the delayed times that where experienced in this issue.The customer did in fact return the rejected customized piece back to us Unfortunately , since the response came in delay our system automatically closes ticket that do not have an interaction for an X period of time , that plus the holly-day peak season , caused our customer service team to overlook this issue.For this we are responsible , and in a full effort to resolve this issue in a manner that the customer would approve , we have issued and expedited rebuild order on behalf of this customer with the approved design that we showed her back then on our email samplesWe will proceed immediately and we will try to get the item before Christmas

I placed an order for an engraved cutting board in the beginning of November and received it the beginning of DecemberIt was terrible workmanshipHandle not sanded and misshapedWood splinteringI got ahold of customer service and went back and forth with emailsEven though I placed my order in time to have it for Xmas, they could NOT guarantee that I would have the replacement in timeNow how is that fair?! In an attempt to appease me, they offered me a 70% discount on my next purchaseHa!I received the replacement today Once again, handle not sanded, got a splinterWood is splintering and paper stuck on back, really?!, they couldn't clean it? And if that doesn't take the cake, the address on the packing slip has typosI sent them an email w/photos today and demanded a full refund

The customer is Out of warranty.We have already offered a free Repair process, overlooking the fact that the customer is not entitled to thisWe have attempted to contact the customer multiple times in an effort to discuss this complaint but these attempts weren’t successful.A free courtesy repair is the only option we can provide at this time, since we cannot attest to the usage given to this item.If the customer wishes to proceed she can email us at: [redacted] Our position stands, No further communications will be issued on this complaint

In response to the customers complaintThe item was ordered on December the [redacted] well pass our Christmas cutoff dateDue to some technical difficulties with our email systems we lost communication for a short period of time with our customers at the beginning of January, this delayed both our services and our response timeThe customers item was built and shipped, we have also sent the customer a tracking number that proves that we did just that.The package is being held by the [redacted] facility in [redacted] **They have recently started moving packages again because of a terrible snow storm that affected the area.We are terribly sorry that the customer feels like the whole transaction is a scam, we hope the customer understands that sometimes situations can affect 3rd party services and delay deadlines.WE are prepared to compensate this customer for this set back if he chooses to continue to do business with usAll the customer needs to do is simply reply to the email that we have sent today and we will provide the necessary fulfillments to turn him into a satisfied customer
