customer a $30.00 gift card for the inconvenience and frsutration she

Until I receive compensation for the lost value of $130.00 I will not find the issue resolved.  I will not do business with Kohl's until this is resolved.  Their opinion on how "clearly" the expiration was visible is laughable at best and does not address the fact that none of this was explained to me during the sales transaction.   The locations are extremely small and are very confusing as their was the Kohl bucks value on the same coupon for an entirely different offer.

We did apply a credit of $8.25 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 6323. We
apologize for the disappointment this has caused our customer. All orders
placed on Kohls.com are in Central Standard Time (CST), and our records indicate our customer
placed their order at 12:06 AM on October 23. As the most recent earning period
for Kohl's Cash started on October 19...

and ended on October 22, we respectfully
decline our customers request to be reimbursed Kohl's Cash.

When I went into the location where I purchased the bracelet from, Houma, LA, the associate and the manager told me I could contact Fitbit for a refund on the product. I stated to them that I did not purchase it from Fitbit, I purchased it from Kohl's and should be able to return it where I purchased it. AGAIN, had it been made known on the front, not the back of the receipt, I would have tried it on prior to my 30 days and returned it when I was not satisfied with the fit. I refuse to accept a lost of $100 on an item Kohl's can easily put back into their inventory and sale to a more satisfied consumer.

I don't accept Kohls reponses.  I paid cash and they are required to refund my cash. KOHLS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY I went to the locAL STORE and spoke to the manager.  He fixed it I WANT IT ON THE RECORD THAT I DID NOT ACCEPT KOHL'S RESPONSE.  THAT IS HORRIFIC.  I PAID CASH AND THEY ARE SENDING ME A MERCHANDISE CREDIT  THAT IS AGAINST THEIR POLICY If the local store manager did not fix this, I would take this to the FTC

Upon review of our customer's concern for Order 5167554902, it does show
we did process a refund for the 4 items that were not received. We are showing a
credit of $63.88 being applied to the Visa ending in 9677.

We emailed our customer a $20.00 Kohl's Cash to the following email: [redacted] on January 07, 2017. Also, 2 credits were applied to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in 3971. One credit is for $7.41 and the other is for $14.43. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer...

We did apply a credit to our customer's Kohl's Charge in the
amount of $21.80 on April 13, 2016. We processed an additional credit today in
the amount of $46.86 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 6940 to make up the
difference for Order 3503446271, bringing the total credit to $68.66. Please allow
5-7 business days for this to reflect on to their Kohl's Charge.

We will be more than happy to research our customer's concern. In order to do so, more information is needed. We were unable to locate an order number for our customer. Is the customer able to provide an order number.
